I have gone here many times and have never really had a problem. It’s actually a pretty cool place and the employees are really helpful. The only issue I’ve ever had was on the Fallout 4 release night. They did it by group number but when I pre ordered I was never told anything about group numbers. So I waited in line for over an hour while people would pull up, after their way after their group had been called, and were put at the front of the line. I wont go to their midnight releases anymore because of this. The group number could have been a good idea if done right but they didnt and it was a disaster. Other than that I still go hear to get my games.

This GameStop is garbage. The employees are not very helpful. I looked at their stock online for an item today and it said that they had it in stock. I drove all the way there for them to tell me that they did not have it in stock. Come to find out, the employees were just too lazy to get the item out of the back. This will be the last time that this location will be receiving any of my business.

i went to this location yesterday to turn in a game and buy another. I’ve been to many other Gamestop locations but just happened to be in the area. The Store was the same as all the others, Games, but the reason I’m giving 5 stars and more if I could was one of the employees name Patrick, He was nice but the thing that got me was after giving him my membership card he said that I had like 8,000 points or something like that so he asked if I had a minute to log onto the site and then he could save me more money, Like I’ve said I have been to so many different Gamespot locations before and never has anyone taken time to show me how to log on to get my points, all I get is go home and log on to get your points, well not Patrick, he took his time and saved me money, now that’s customer service at it’s finest. GREATJOBPATRICK

Excellent customer service! Went in the other night without a receipt and two associates worked with me to find the transaction in the system for at least 20 minutes. Keep up the great work

I enjoy going into this store but the only drawback is its a bit crowded inside with all the shelves and such other than that its an awesome place to pick up your gaming needs. staff always warm and welcoming and know what they are talking about.

I normally don’t go to this GameStop since it isn’t in my area, but the few times I have gone it was a good experience. Friendly employees, knowledable on games, and didn’t attract bad crowds or shady people.

I love this place, I am proud to say that I am the first customer that has been to this awesome gaming establishment back in 2003. Lisa(the manager) does a great job running the store and her staff is very knowledgeable and does a great job to help out customers with their questions and concerns. Keep up the good job guys!

I decided to visit the store after I saw online that they had some pretty decent offers on trade ins and pre owned games/equipment. I have Fifa 09 and 11 for my ps3 and i thought if I sold my Fifa 09 I could put some money towards buying a game or two from them. But I never got the opportunity. Because apparently they don’t buy video games from foreign countries. Now i bought my Fifa09 from India. But my ps3 is from the US and it works fine and it works in english. The cover is in english. everything is in english! The only difference is that they have an arabic translation on the back cover which gives away that its not from the US. I tried explaining that the game is in English. My game is in very good condition with the manual and cover and everything but they werent even willing to consider it just because I bought it in India. If they had any doubts about the quality or legitimacy of the game they could have looked up the retail code or checked the logos. I feel like I could have received better customer service. I felt like they were just trying to be difficult or that they were just too lazy to consider buying the game from me. After all, just because a dvd is also offered in spanish, french and german subtitles do we not buy it??? Or do we buy it and just use the features we find useful. Gamestop is ridiculous… and to think I was looking forward to buying merchandise and equipment from them. what a huge disappointment.
