Julia is an amazing Realtor. We met Julia in 2005 when touring an open house. That was the best thing that happened to us! We had been using another Realtor and the market was very much a sellers market. After 3 months of being with that Realtor, we had no house. We decided to ask Julia for help and 2 weeks later, she found us the perfect house, in a location we though we couldn’t afford. We stayed in that house 9 years and loved it. In 2014, we outgrew that house and was looking for a new one. I contacted Julia, she got us into another fabulous house in another amazing neighborhood at an unheard price. On top of that, she had our old house done with the short sale in 3 months. Yes, I said 3 months. People were so amazed it went that smooth and fast. Our loan officer who had never worked with Julia before, got her contact info to keep working with her. Several friends also wanted her information. Julia really listens to what you want, she gets to know you and works hard to take care of your needs in a home. She goes out of her way to take care of her clients. And obviously from our story, she takes care of her clients long term! If we move again, you can bet we will be calling Julia!
