Ty was great in calling and had arrived in the window hours. I did my homework on Google about my Whitefly problem and Ty explained a lot about the pests. He also found Thrips. He sprayed a good dousing and kept the excess debris to a minimum. I’m very happy with his work and would use him again.

We had been using the services of the «Gopher Man» for years at several of our properties. A while back Kastle Kare and the Gopher Man merged and the gopher service has gone downhill ever since. The owner of Kastle Kare — Ty Brann — is one of these guys who would rather be right than serve the customer. He fashions himself a plant pathologist although he never told me where he got a degree. That said, after a lot of arguing on my property this morning, I fired him and his company. I’m sure I’ll be easliy able to replace the service and with an owner who cares about customer service rather than feed his/her thin ego.
Save yourself trouble and avoid this outfit.
