I don’t know if this review will stay on here but here goes!
I ordered my wheel last Christmas. It finally arrive in APRIL. I am almost 70 years old, have arthritis in my shoulders and not a lot of upper body strength, but was able to put this thing together. After I put it together I found it had a one inch gap after following all instructions. I called and talked to the owner Shaun. He told me that I got one of the first batches made in CHINA and they knew there was a problem. He offered to send me new parts if I could take the whole thing apart and put it together again. I told him I was not able to do that and was not happy. Well now I am moving and it is one year later and asked if I could get the parts to fix it after I move. They told me NO! they have changed the way they make them and it was past 30 days. I have three business if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business. This was a very disappointing experience. Sold me a faulty version made in China very cheaply. Then they obviously recognize there us a problem and changed the styles so that You can not get replacement parts. Don’t buy this piece of crap, Terrible customer service and bad product. They seem only to allow 5 star reviews on the site, I could not leave a review on their site, very crafty!
