Not pleasant shopping experience. The manager and one of her employees randomly gave discounted prices without an appropriate explanation, and force the customer to pay extra. Of course I didn’t buy anything in the end, even I could have paid with a better attitude. I wish I could enjoy better customer service as other regular stores.

Great selection at discounted prices. Unfortunately, discounted prices at Ted Baker are still a bit too rich for my blood.
Only complaint is that when my wife and I came in, we were the only 2 people there other than 2 employees. They made no effort to greet us. They just continued on with their conversation. It was actually a couple minutes before someone approached us and when we said we didn’t need their help at that moment, they said ok and went back to chatting with their coworker. They didn’t even say thanks for stopping by when we left. That was a disappointment because I’m used to better customer service at Ted Baker stores.
