I have lived in Cambria for 3 years and stumbled on Paws just today! I have been in many stamp stores and I have seen many come and go and to find one still thriving is a thrill. I am an artist that uses unusual I plan to visit often! Thanks Karen.

Karen is the best! And, so is Paws on Main! While stamp shows can be fun, Karen has an encyclopedic knowledge of rubber stamping. She has a great collection of stamps for sale in her shop and can take special orders if you have a unique project. Paws on Main is our favorite shop in Cambria and, therefore, I give it my highest recommendation(5 stars!)

Tons and tons of rubber stamps! If they don’t have it, they can get it. And, Karen is an absolute delight.

I love this little shop, I finally bought my first stamp and ink pad after always admiring so many. I don’t regret it at all, the quality is amazing. The woman who has always been there when I’ve gone is so friendly and helpful. I will continue to build my new collection every time that I visit Cambria.

Even if you had no other reason to interrupt your dash down PCH with a stop a Cambria(and there are lots of reasons to stop) Paws on Main is worth a stop. Karen knows pretty much everything about rubber stamps, inks and techniques, and more than lots of people I’ve talked to at stamp shows. And speaking of stamp shows– she manages to have things I haven’t seen at the Carson show or anywhere else. Don’t let the size of the shop fool you! She also has loads of landscape stamps– especially CA and beach scenes, perfect for tourists as well as locals.(I’m kind of in-between. But she remembers my name every time, even if months go by. between visits. Her sense of humor is a bit off-kilter(I admire that in a person) and some of her stamps reflect that. I never leave without finding something that makes me giggle. Her prices are fair, especially considering she’s got things you could would not likely find in a mega-craft store or a mainstream online store.(Not to mention that little boutique online store where shipping for one stamp costs as much as the stamp…) I strongly believe in supporting small businesses, BUT I don’t patronize dated, overpriced small stores. I wouldn’t recommend Karen if her store wasn’t outstanding. Make a stop and get yourself a cool souvenir or two that you’ll use for years.

I have been in the store several times. She always treats my boyfriend very nasty. I’d rather buy my stuff elsewhere.

One of my all-time fave rubber stamp shops! She carries extremely unique and awesome stamps that you can’t find in the run of the mill strip mall stores. I also really appreciate that she doesn’t skimp on the woodblock stamps(most places just want to carry clear packs these days). The owner is a total doll and a great source of information. I wish we lived closer and could visit more!

Paws on Main is such a sweet little store! My family and I have been shopping there for years, and I’ve found countless unique stamps for myself and for friends. Karen is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and she happily allows us to bring our puppies in the store for visits. If you’re in Cambria, stop in and say hello, you won’t be sorry!

I wanted to visit this store since the last time were were in Cambria but I missed it. Back then I was really into rubberstamping and not so much now. However, the store is very cute with a very nice selection of stamps given its size. My favorite was seeing all the sample rubber stamped cards, which makes me long to do rubber stamping again. The owner was super nice and I did buy one stamp of a Victorian style house that would go perfectly with my Golden Gate bridge stamp and Stampscapes stamps.

What a cute store! I didn’t even know it existed. DH and I were wandering around Cambria and we happened upon it. It is REALLY small but the walls are lined with wood stamps. they’re seperated into different categories, animals, holidays, nature… etc. I think I went around the store at least 5 times before deciding on what to buy. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable too. The lady who helped us was very friendly and told us we could take pictures of the cards hanging up and use them for inspiration. There are some taleneted cards makers out there. There was a basket with some clear acrylic stamps and they had a few colors of Stickles and a lot of Perfect Pearls. When I’m back in the area I’ll definitely visit.

We happened to park right in front this AMAZING little stamp store. Its FILLED with the best variety of stamps I’ve seen in ages, I don’t buy stamps very often but I bought 5 today. Besides the great variety(from cute cuddly animal stamps to my new fave of Joan Crawford). What made the biggest difference in this store for me was Karen, so friendly and such the stamp afficienado! She has a tremendous knowledge and shares it in a fun and cantagious way. I wish I lived closer to this place, I would be going ALL the time!

This is a fabulous little shop!!! We walked in on the brink of closing, and Karen still let us in as the last customers. Well, it was good that she let us in, because we ended up dropping $ 70. On stamps… Anyway, Karen is SOO nice, and you can really tell she knows her stuff. She has also been here in this little shop for 18 years!!! She’s got a great selection, and even won our hearts when she had a few stamps dedicated to Mommy Dearest. :-) She even had a wire hanger stamp. LOL! Overall, not that expensive, and I even got a cool set that came with 10 greeting cards + 4 stamps for $ 15! Stop into this little gem on Main St!

Karen has a great selection of stamps and products and she knows how to use ‘em. Two years ago, she introduced me to Tsukineko’s «Fabrico» markers and I haven’t used Sharpies on fabric since. This year, I scored some amazing rubber stamps that I haven’t seen around in my neck of the woods(and certainly didn’t expect to find in Cambria!) like barbed wire corners & borders and some great background stamps. I also replenished my Stickles stock and got some new ink called«Vivid»(in pink, of course) which I have yet to try. However, if you’re not as out there and adventurous as I am(I never thought I was, but hey…), be assured that she also has a great collection of more traditional letters, words & designs. Of course, they might be on the same shelf as the Dia de los Muertos stamps. I’ve given her 4 stars only because the shop is small and so her inventory isn’t as vast as some scrapbooking shops, HOWEVER, she more than makes up for it in quality. This is a great little shop — go inside and say howdy.

The name of this store is confusing. You’re thinking, ‘dog stuff, cat stuff… pet stuff’. NOPE. It was a rubber stamp store. I’m not into rubber stamps but I walked in. Very cute stamps. I walked out with a couple of gifts, a fleur de lis and an Eiffel Tower stamp for myself. I am still perplexed over the name of the store.
