From Russia with Art

I’m not usually a gallery-​goer but was very impressed with what I found at From Russia With Art. The artwork displayed included a really nice array of styles and subject matters. The prices are exceptionally reasonable. Many of the pieces would make the ideal gift when you want something that’s special and unexpected — and it’s possible to find pieces that would work as a wedding gift, nice hostess gift, etc. without breaking the bank. Definitely worth checking out if you get the chance.

I was so glad to see an art gallery open in this space, all the more so when I discovered what a wonderful gallery it is. While the work they showcase is by Russian artists, the art is of various styles and subject matter that will appeal to many different tastes. The beautiful paintings are, in my opinion, very reasonably priced, and there are also exquisite etchings at a much lower price-​point. I have especially enjoyed the exhibitions of Impressionist paintings by artists Anatoly Dverin and Alexander Korman, and recently bought a landscape painting by Dverin, after attending a reception there where I was able to meet the artist. The gallery owners, Olesya and Jerry, are such a pleasure to deal with. They change the exhibitions at the gallery fairly often, and always host opening receptions that I enjoy attending. For anyone interested in art, and not just specifically Russian art, I would highly recommend visiting this gallery.
