I find the service kind of short and blah.
Ask a question, get a short answer.
Nothing more nothing less.
If you don’t have what I am looking for, would be nice to hear about an alternative.
And oh, if people say thank you, it’s decent for you to say something back
This happened to me here twice, now, definitely won’t be coming back

Why go to Big Bill Sonoma’s when you have Local Root right here? I have bought a bunch of kitchen equipment here and all of it has been excellent quality, often the same brands you would find at William Sonoma, prices just as good or better. I never imagined I would be happy to pay what I did for a garlic press, but it works so much better than the cheap ones, is easy to clean, and will last the rest of my life.
