Santana Properties Team – Keller Williams Cambridge

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had to share that Georges Filho gave me a great experience as my realtor for my first home. The service and personal attention I’ve received from him and his team at Santana Properties has gone above and beyond what I expected. With the market being unpredictable as it has, he has taken the time to go over every little step and every detail necessary in order to buy my home. He has kept my best interest in mind and whenever I call/​email or text with a question (as silly as it might be) he has never ignored me and always answers very quickly. As a young person I was concerned I could be taken advantage of since I don’t know how the realty business works and he has always made me feel very comfortable. He is honest when it comes to telling me how he feels about an apartment or a house. Which for me is a big deal. He is not interested in selling me a house to get rid of me, but he is interested in finding me a home that I will love. Buying a house is a big deal, and a big investment, and I cannot imagine making this big purchase without the help of Georges. Whenever I call him to ask if I could take a look at a property he always makes himself available within a couple of days, if not on the same day. I work a regular 8 – 5 pm job and that is no problem at all when working with him. Many times we have looked at properties on Saturdays and Sundays because of my work schedule and that has never bothered him. I fully trust Georges, and have been recommending his services to my friends and family ever since I’ve met him.
To summarize everything, the service and personal attention I have received from Georges Filho and the Santana Properties Team has been absolutely exceptional and unexpected from a realtor that does not work on commission. Regardless of whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend Santana Properties (and more specifically Georges Filho) to help you in this life changing move. I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. His knowledge of the local market and his key contacts in the community helped me immensely in my search for my dream home. After patiently going through listings and explaining tax details and costs with me, he has made sure I got the best price for my first home.

Lisa was terrific! We worked together last spring (2012) and she helped my wife and I purchase a condo in JP. She was super on top of things the whole time, and helped us understand the entire process as we were going through it. She also connected us with great folks to do things like home inspection, etc. I can’t say enough about how helpful Lisa was, and I recommend her to all my friends who are entering the real-​estate market.
