Cute jewelry but a very cold, curt, and unhelpful shopkeeper who made me feel unwelcome. She and I were the only people in the tiny store and she didn’t greet me, then gave snappy one word answers to everything: Me: Do you have any rings except what’s in that box? Her: No. Me: So where does your jewelry come from? Her: Everywhere. I was well dressed — albeit in a heavy coat because it’s cold out there! — and would have easily bought something but really did not like her attitude.

Ok Guys This is the place for something special for that special girl. I pass by all the time, finally stopped in. Great stuff. Bought earrings for the wife, a handbag for Mom. They both have been by since and rave about the unique selection and great prices. Much of the jewelry is made by local artists and are top quality art pieces. Also lots of inexpensive but classy jewelry, scarves, etc Olga is very helpful but not a pressure salesperson. Nothing not to like.

This is one of my favorite stores in the Boston area. The owner has amazing taste in jewelry, purses, wallets, and any possible gift item you may even consider. Always very happy with my purchases.

Tayrona is a hidden gem. The shop has beautiful chandelier earrings, necklaces, and bracelets– in the back of the store, there are also adoreable handbags, wallets, a nd great small gift ideas. Prices range from $ 25-$ 100, and it’s possible to get some beautiful pieces without dropping a lot of cash. The owner is super sweet too.

So many pieces caught my eye when we walked by this place that I just had to step in and give it a look. I thought it was very charming and the owner clearly pays attention to the artists and the uniqueness of each artists’ jewelry. Certainly some very unique stuff. I do think that the prices were a bit preventative to just casually stop in a buy the really nicer things, but I did pick up a pair of earrings for $ 15. Great great place to pick up a present, too!

Unique, tasteful jewelry store for casual picks in Harvard square. Think $ 30 for a nice ring; prices range from $$ to $$$. The owner was cool and didn’t make a big deal about me coming into her tiny boutique just to browse, and the stuff here doesn’t look cheap at all. Jewelry here has a unique, vintagey feel to it and seems to be big on ornate chandelier earrings with a vintage-slash-slightly ethnic vibe that you can get for under $ 100.

I would always walk by this store and pre judge it as overpriced Harvard Square tom foolery. Last Sunday after brunch, I was led into this uncharted territory and was forced to admit: I was wrong! This place is great. It’s one of those accessory stores that handles«pieces». Little works of art masquerading as handbags and jewelry. The owner is adorable and helpful. It’s not cheap like ‘So good’ on Newbury St. because it’s not really cookie cutter or mass produced. For price examples there is a silver ring from Italy that I want to marry, it’s about $ 55(but it’s not in my size because I have carnival hands). It is a little place with a lot of substance(kind of like my previously mentioned paws). Surprise!

This is the cutest little costume jewelry store in Cambridge. The owner has funky taste and has expanded to offer other cute crafted trinkets like tea sets, pillboxes, wallets, colorful indigenous shoes, etc. The look is part indigneous, part arty. Prices range from $ 20 to up in the hundreds depending on the piece. This is a great place to find unique, well-crafted pieces for mom, for a friend, or a treat for yourself.

This is probably my favorite jewelry store in Cambridge. There is a range in prices but everything is unique. I found a great Frida Kahlo bracelet for $ 20 and will return to buy some of the pieces with stones(gorgeous!) once I have some more money. Great place for gifts if you can resist buying for yourself!
