I used this store’s services a few months ago to transport a bronze sculpture I bought from a local auction. This was a delicate piece and there was minor damage to it along the way. The packaging would otherwise be adequate but probably this type of sculpture is not ideally meant to be transported. I lodged a claim with UPS and it eventually ended up back with the store. The manager Joshua Holden was very upstanding throughout the process– he took responsibility and explained how the process worked. When I explained that I wanted to keep the sculpture and get it repaired, he told me the alternative. Eventually the claim was settled — I was compensated for the repair costs. All through, Joshua kept me informed; this person is undoubtedly busy but took the time to make one customer feel special. I’ll gladly use his services again and kudos to UPS for having an employee like this.
