Bel Air here in Cameron Park is very well run. I would say the produce is «almost» as good as Fork Lift/Nugget, as they tend to go for stuff, stuffed in plastic a bit more than Fork Lift but that’s intuition based on a few experiences, and not data driven. You will find more choices here than in Fork Lift as they have lots of space and are a full size and full service supermarket. That matters in say spices, or the fact they have a full pharmacy and nice Peet’s coffee station but no food court, except for an awkward section in the front of the store. The meat and deli are wonderful here and of course the prices are upscale shopping experience. Is it worth it? I would say yes, Bel Air is worth it, and clerks are always fun here. The bakery never works for me here I usually go for Nugget or another store to get good bakery goods. I guess Bel Air could do something better in terms of creating a food court, or other attractions inside. If they did that they might just be more fun to visit then just«for food». It’s just a bit old school to simply be a good supermarket. People want an experience, that they are not.

I have to say that after a few times of this particular interaction with the deli happening I have to do something to get managements attention. Several times when ordering from the deli I have dealt with a few women who act like helping you is the LAST thing they want to be doing. And when you ask for something or ask for a sample they roll their eyes, make loud sighing noises and give major attitude. I am sorry if you hate your job but that is not my fault. It was the last straw tonight when we went and my husband experienced the same thing, he was so irritated and mad that shopping for food you can be made to feel BaD. I knew exactly what he was talking about because it has bothered me times before. I usually try to be nice and start conversation and move on but when my husband told me how they were with him I realized that they are probably that way to everyone and that is bad business. To be fair there are a few sweet ones I have run into but the means ones over shadow them. Hopefully this gets resolved and I really do hope those ladies can find happiness there or a new job that gives it to them.

Nice staff. Need to train to make suggestions for Better experience. The drink was quick — wish she had brewed it, not just poured from a container.

My checker was very polite and speedy. After I was finished the manager on duty helped me purchase lotto tickets for my father in the self serve kiosk. The employees and management are always so friendly here. I look forward to visiting this Bel Air.

I have shopped at this store for 10+ years. LOVE the politeness of the clerks, stock personnel and the managers. Everyone is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile at no inconvenience to them at all. They make it all look effortless to help you. Kudos to all of you working at the Bel Air! If they are out of an item, they will give you your choice, at the cost of what your original selection was going to be. They always offer to take your bags to the car, unlike Safeway, who never even offered the choice. Bel Air clerks even learn your name so the next time you visit they remember it and make you feel like family. Yes, there prices are slightly higher on a few items, but customer service is «outstanding» and this is one of the many reasons I shop at Bel Air. I never find grocery carts littering the parking lot ready to ding my car by those lazy shoppers who can not seem to get the cart in the cart corral a few feet from their own car. The employees are always out collecting the carts and have plenty of carts by the door so you need not search far.

This store values customer service. Chris Lee, whatever her position is, high five! She is on it and all about making sure the customer leaves with a smile on their face. I love this store for that reason.

Useful. For a short time, every visit turned up empty. We would go to this specific store in search of a common item and leave sans item. As convenient as it is, the drive to another supermarket may be a better choice. The Peet’s Coffee & Tea in his Bel Air location is lacking. Numerous times, we’ve been there after opening and suprisingly, it was not yet opened. Whipped cream seems to always be out. That became annoying after the 4th time. So, down the hill I go to the actual Peet’s. The beverages I’ve ordered were mostly made appropriately. The whipped cream completes the drink.
