Great service, timely, and Alex was able to fix my washer very quickly. I was happy they were able to get me an appointment so quickly. Repair costs were discussed up front and were very reasonable. All repairs guaranteed for 90 days, too. Awesome!

Update March 2016. Had Alex back for a new project. Once again on time and great service. Also Alex and his wife are local business owners now, how cool is that. Thanks again. Wahoo! First of all they were quick and on time. I mean, compared to Sears they actually showed up. That’s 100 percent better! The staff in the office really spoke clear English and have a real structure here. Better again. But, when the tech arrived, Alex, he is a local guy and a friend that wanted to do a good job.

Had a great experience having Alex come out to diagnose our Whirlpool washer F-​11 code. Even though he was not able to fix it on the spot, he educated me on the potential problem, discussed options with me, thoroughly explained what he did, and was upfront with me on costs to repair. He was ok with me peeking my head in to watch every now and then and happy to answer questions. I am still in the process of deciding whether to buy new or repair the old, but if we repair, I would definitely feel comfortable having Alex come back.
