Bubba’s Burgers Two

Do these people even care about their customers? I felt like a complete inconvenience to the waitress. I given this place multiple chances to win me over and I am done. Ordered takeout be here in 25 minutes 50 minutes later it’s ready. Really? How long does it take to slap a burger on the grill.

I really wanted to like this place. It is the only one like it in Cameron Park. However after being ignored by the staff as I tried to make a to go order I started to worry. However, I waited at the counter several minutes until someone could take my order. I ordered a tuna melt and chili fries (this is the only place in the area that serves chili fries which is why I came here). I was told, ok but it’s going to be a while. I didn’t think much of it and walked over to the gas station to pick up a drink. I meandered through that store and come back to wait for my food. I waited in a booth for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, no «a few more minutes,» no «I’m sorry for the wait.» What I was told was that they were out of chili! As I was talking to the woman who informed me this, she turned away and walked into the kitchen as I was talking to her! So I made myself content with plain fries. The lady who walked off was kind enough to subtract 15% off my order, but it wasn’t enough for me. When I started to eat my food I had a soggy, hardly toasted sandwich and soft, non-​crispy fries. It was so incredibly disappointing that I spent $ 7 on a meal that was unedible. I am not a picky eater and I could not eat more than 2 bites of the sandwich. A lot of people were there for breakfast so if you come by for brunch, and eat in, you may have a better experience.

My business partner and I just had Bubba’s 2 OMG the Mexican hamburger and the Western OMG everything was cooked just like we asked the staff are easy to work with and awesome great prices and food hard to top that!!!

I love Bubba’s! The menu consistent of American food and Mexican food! Every single burger I’ve had at Bubba’s was awesome! The chile verde burrito is a must try! Portions are filling and the prices are great!

The food is good. That’s the only thing that is though.

Went in here for lunch on 4^th of July weekend. Son ordered a hamburger with avocado. Did not come with avocado (I gave him some off of my taco salad) and the burger was actually more like a ground sirloin steak instead of ground beef. The taco salad shell looked a little on the dark side for me. The place is a seat yourself and the waitress will then bring you the menus and get your drink order. Then another waitress came up and took our order. Never even smiled, said hello, or even offered any specials or anything. Half the menu was for Mexican food. Agree with a previous review — staff needs training and uniforms or custom made shirts or something like that (hard to tell who worked there) + the place could use sprucing up.

I was looking for a place that did good chili rellenos. I have found it. They have the biggest size and taste and value i have been able to find in cameron park. My husband likes the colossal burger and gets it everytime we go there.

Not sure why but I am giving them 4 stars. Main reason is service

Went for 1^st time Wednesday morning, I had French toast that was perfect and coffee was great. My husband had sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and sourdough toast, everything cooked perfect. Décor plain but clean, waitress was friendly, we even chatted with some regulars which we will become.

This is a local place that we have come to love. We are hooked on the Collasal buger. Great place for any meal & the staff is great. I would only say that they need to spruce the place up a bit. If you can get past the poor decorating style you will be just find. I’m so glad we found Bubba’s. See you for breakfast soon. :)

This restaurant is a very pleasant place to have a casual brunch or lunch. It’s a nice hole in the wall location with good food and it’s very convenient. Love taking my mother to Bubba’s for a nice meal and cup of coffee. It’s not bourgeoisie by any means but simply a down to earth restaurant.

I was very apprehensive and judgmental upon walking in… SO tiny, old, run down, and a cluster f*** of random stuff ALL over the «cash counter» or whatever it actually is? However, my boyfriend and I were starving and Unilocal said they had a mean breakfast… so we were kindly welcomed and seated.
She wasn’t super friendly at first and I had almost written this place off… UNTIL the food came. I had bacon and eggs which came with potatoes and choice of bread, I had a biscuit. I can’t eat wiggly normal cooked bacon. it has to be hard and seriously look almost burnt and this is my biggest problem at restaurants! Not here! All of my food was cooked to excellence!
Actually it was THE BEST BREAKFAST I’ve had in a long time.
Was it annoying I could hear the tv in the kitchen? Yes. Does it need a deep clean and a remodel? Yes. But is the food worth the price?! YES!

Hamburgers and fries r pretty good. So I’d probably stick to that here. I ordered a $ 9 sad chef’s salad and apparently when they’re out of items listed on the menu they swap it out for something else w out letting you know or giving you the opportunity to go w something else. Even after calling to find out why it didn’t come as described they didn’t offer to make something else or give me my money back. The answer I got from the girl answering the phone and the owner standing next to her was pretty much we were out of this item so we winged it and threw on something else instead. Hope you like it or aren’t allergic. I was less than pleased. I wouldn’t have ordered it had I known. I definitely would’ve gone with something else. This should’ve been handled differently especially after spending $ 30 on 3 hamburgers n fries and a salad!

Foods not bad for something quick. The breakfast is good! Could use updating inside and some cleaning.

Our favorite place for breakfast! Biscuits and home fried potatoes are always fresh. Reasonably priced.

Called in order for one burger and four taquitos. Forty five minutes after calling in and food still not ready. This place has always been slow, but their incompetence has reached new heights.

Comfort food at a moderate price and conveniently located by the boyfriend’s apartment. As stated, this restaurant is definitely «divey». The booths, carpet, and décor is worn and dated. The inside is somewhat of an art show — the walls are covered with photographs for $ 125 a pop. I’m assuming the photographer is a local? Anyway, I ordered the «Two eggs», which was really good. The only downside was the portioning, I wish there had been more. The boyfriend ordered the «California Omelet», he enjoyed it. All in all, I’d return.

I’m still drooling over the High Sierra Omelet… and the classic coke glasses are a great touch.
During these economically challenging times, it’s places like this that often dry up and blow away. Thankfully, they have a wonderful «family» of regulars and revisits who enjoy the food as much as we do and who are helping to make sure they always stay put!
