I love that they use the white chocolate dust. That’s so hard to find. They have scones that are fantastic. The service is always very nice and the place is great to relax, read a book, or to meet friends.

Great local coffee shop with a super friendly staff that goes above and beyond. I’ve been here twice and both times the customer service us been superior. Great selection of coffee, teas and pastries. Décor is trendy and there is plenty of parking out front. Lots of comfortable seating inside. Handcrafted drinks are well made and they are very generous when it comes to special orders. Would definitely suggest stopping here instead of Starbucks across the parking lot.

Absolutely by far the best coffee in Cameron Park! Very friendly staff, fast service, and a great place to relax and warm up on a chilly day! I can’t recommend the bagels or breakfast sandwiches enough. I would come here every day of I could. So much better than the big chain coffee shops you find every 100 yards.

Simply the best coffee in Cameron Park. Marcus has my coffee poured before I can tell him and before I know it I’m on my way. There breakfast hits the spot. It’s a great way to start your day! It’s nice to have respectful young locals that are sincere about giving good service. I feel they try to do their best while keeping an upbeat attitude. They don’t try to be cool, they just are.

Nice place to grab a coffee, or meet up with a friend. The coffee is ok, but I like coming here rather than Starbucks b/c it’s quieter, much less crowded, and I can actually get some work done with the free wifi. I’ve also had a meeting with 6 people once and the staff was very accommodating. They don’t have a lot of tables inside but it’s enough(there are tables outside but it’s basically a view of the parking lot). Every now and then«teens» show up and a little annoying but bearable. Worth checking out and supporting a local business. Will be coming back.

Setup an account. They have a mobile phone ordering system that rocks. If I plan correctly I can have my order ready when I walk in. There are 2 locations now. Service has improved tremendously. If you are a large group, plan. Can be crowded. Have some class– if you know you have a food allergy be prepared, they may be out of your special sauce… Have 2 alternatives for a contingency. Do not expect a competitive reaction or go to That shop. They are growing and learning. Be constructive not combative. We all have bad days. If you are regular, they learn your order and your habits. Overall, they will listen. They support the local community.

Found this coffee shop/breakfast nook on Unilocal and tried it for the first time while on our way to a camping trip in Tahoe… and LOVEDIT! Great atmosphere with smiling and friendly staff. I was impressed by their breakfast sandwiches, which we all got. Nicely crisped bacon and quality bagels. Good coffee to boot. They didn’t have any soy milk out so I asked the barista(a gracious silver-haired woman who I assume may also be the owner) for some and was quite willing to pay for it but she gave it to me for no extra cost :) we will definitely be back!

Always spot on delicious & friendly staff. I love patronizing this local business as they contribute to the community often. How great is that?! When is the last time you saw that ‘other’ coffee place sponsering or contributing to the community? I love getting my fix from a local business who cares about their community.

This is how coffee should taste. Great coffee, great atmosphere. The breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and filling and a good value. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They support the community and the community supports them back. This is how coffee should be.

Every time I come to this area to get my hair done, I have to come here. I love their shakes! I always get either coffee or chocolate. They’re always SO thick and rich. The price isn’t bad either! Bathrooms are clean, too! I LOVECLEANBATHROOMS!

Great local coffee shop. Good service and coffee as well. I live nearby and frequent it a couple times a week. I like the Americano with room for soy.

My husband always comes here when he gets his car serviced across the street. He always said how great it was but I hesitated since I have an addiction to Starbucks spinach feta wraps. This place is fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and tasty with perfect bagels and great flavors. I love the TNT. The kids who work here are super friendly and know their stuff. Ken, the owner, puts a lot of heart into the place and it shows. A great local coffee shop.

I don’t buy my coffee very often, but when I am buying close to home, I always hit Santoro. The staff is almost always super friendly and the place is clean and comfy. Added bonus: the skinny vanilla latte is better than any I’ve ever had!

Oh man where do I start. I’m addicted… there coffee is delicious, sandwiches scrumptious and the vibe in that shop is always calm and nice. I always get a soecial concoction of a milkshake woth giradehli chocolate(I think that’s how you spell it) and some espresso in there. They have an awesome membership thats free. Tho its like. the 15th drink is free… doesn’t matter when your addicted. It’s worth it. I go here before I leave for work and now im bringing orders for my coworkers. When I move to the bay I will miss this place dearly.

This place is THEPLACE to hang out if you live near Cameron Park. Great, positive vibe all the time. The owner, Ken, is kind, fun, funny, and remembers your name after only having been there a few times. How he does this, I’m not sure, since it’s always packed inside. The coffee and pastries are delicious too!

What? I haven’t written a review for Caffe Santoro yet? I began consistently going to this café as they carry almond milk as an option to substitute instead of soy. The drinks are great and I love their breakfast sandwiches. Oh, and their scones, too. :) Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere and they make it a point to provide personable customer service, remember your name, and your«usual» drink. I enjoy supporting this locally owned coffee shop.

I had no idea that this place existed even though I practically live next door! I was so excited when I found it during an evening walk with my dogs and I went early the next morning. I was very impressed upon entering and the décor is similar to Starbucks but it definitely had a friendlier feel. The manager and some young girls greeted me, helped me through ordering since it was my first time, and the service was so quick! Within a minute I had my bagel and beverage. The coffee frappachino that I got was decent, not excellent, but I definitely want to try other drinks. I hardly tasted any coffee and it didn’t wake me much. Also, I was super sad about their whipped cream; it was not good and tasted like cheap canned whipped cream. As far as the bagels, blah. I’m pretty certain they get them from Safeway and they just do not taste fresh or delicious. If it were possible to get them from somewhere like Bella Bru, like a lot of coffee shops do, it would certainly benefit the business and I would buy them daily. But as it stands now, I could get the same bagel from Safeway for 50 cents, why would I pay 2 + dollars… In addition, they are very pricey for what they offer. I dont mind paying a lot if its amazing coffee and food but I will not pay 7 dollars for a small frapp and a bagel if its not good. I will certainly go back but this time I will be trying one of their home baked muffins because those looked authentic and good! Hopefully I will be able to update this review with wonderful news of different bagels and yummy coffee! :) service — 5, food/coffee — 2.5

Café Santoro is a pleasant relief from those corporate coffee chains. I love the fact that this place is owned by someone in our community and if I’m going to spend $ 5.00 on a sugar-free-soy-mocha with an add shot, I’m glad it’s supporting the Independent businessman and not some shareholder. Theirs also the added bonus, that people here are friendly and the coffee options are plentiful and delicious.
