This stores employee Cody is awesome. Every time I’m there he’s nothing but helpful. This kid needs a raise because I didn’t even know it was possible to be that enthusiastic while you were at work everyday.

Sad to see this place get such bad reviews. I like that it’s close to me and I have always found the cashiers to be very friendly and accommodating. I also like that their Redbox is located inside the building – feels safer and is a smart marketing technique ;-). Have faith in your local CVS, peeps!

I purchased a wrist brace for my carpal tunnel. I found a perfect one. The cashier, a grumpy older lady,(Virginia) checked me out and after handing me my money starting checking the other person out. I had no time to put my money in my wallet, I had to move, so I could make room for the next person. She didn’t even bother giving me a bag. Right when I walked out the door I noticed I didn’t get my receipt. I walked back in and asked for my receipt. She pulled it out of the trash and it was torn vertically in two. She seemed bothered as she took out the scotch tape and began to tape it. I asked if ripping it vertically voids the receipt. She said no, but they rip it because people take them out of the trash and return stuff. Being that I may need to return this item if it doesn’t work or if it’s uncomfortable I ask if she can just print another one. She rolls her eyes and yells for the manager. She asks the manager if he can print out a receipt. But she does it as if I’m inconveniencing her or something. The manager(Hank) says he can but it will be about 5 minutes. I ask Virgina if I can just return it and re-buy it. She rolls her eyes and throws up her hands and says«Fine!», snatches the item and rings it. In response to her frustration, I said«Well, Ma’am you threw my receipt way…». She loudly interrupts and yells«YOUWALKEDAWAY! I’M SORRY!», throwing her hands up. I was in shock, this lady was seriously upset. I said«Actually, just return the item and give me my money back and let me speak to your manager» She points at Hank and yells«My manager is right there!» The manager Hank walks over, and as the cashier starts walking away yelling«I don’t need to deal with this!». Keep in mind, I never raised my voice, I didn’t curse, I didn’t insult her, granted I may have had some frustration in my voice, but I just asked her to return my stuff and ask for the manager and she flew off the handle. Yelling things like«I’m not going to let you talk to me like that!». I said«you began raising your voice at me and I reciprocated by asking for your mana…» she interrupted me again yelling«I don’t need to take this!» and walked away, as the manager came up. She kept yelling stuff as she was walking away, and pointing at me. The manager(Hank) said«Ok that’s enough» and returned my items. He didn’t apologize and he didn’t acknowledge what happened, he just returned my money. I said«can you write down the name of the cashier, I’m going to contact the district manager» He didn’t answer me, he stayed silent, but he did write it down on the receipt. I left, and now I am in the process of writing corporate about this horrible group running their store. I am also debating on pulling all of my and my families prescriptions.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are incompetent and very slow. Took 13 minutes to check on an availability of drugs. There are plenty of other drug stores in the area with better customer service, no reason to visit this store.
