Tried and True Therapeutic Massage

Kristen is a healer! I have been suffering with several different aches and pains for 30 + years. After two sessions with her, I feel like a new person.

I highly recommend Kristen! When Kristen came to my house, I could not stand up straight due to a recent back injury. The constant pain rendered me pretty much immobile. Doctors suggested anti-​inflammatory medications, which did not work. I had previously been to another masseuse, but soon realized there is a difference between massage and therapeutic massage. Kristen spent over an hour working my back and surrounding muscles, easing the pressure on my disc. Kristen’s strong hands and keen knowledge of the body made me whole. I was not expecting to be able to get off the table, stand up straight and walk with ease. I cannot express enough how wonderful that was. Kristen is not only a wonderful therapeutic masseuse, she is a wonderful person as well. I will continue to see Kristen for massages even though my back is much better.
