Hooters

So, about three days ago.
Myself and my 3 friends decided we should randomly go somewhere and stuff our face with food before our next class started. So Hooters was the winner… (also because the guys wanted to see the waitresses) the ambiance was pretty cool, love the bright wooden colour it gives. HUGE TV’S EVERYWHERE (Its going to be very busy during superbowl!) Friendly staffs.
Anyway so we go there around 5ish and ordered. 12 Piece of Chicken with Blue Cheese dressing; Clam chowder soup and cheese sticks. The waitress, she was pretty quick to get our order. The food arrived less than 15 minutes. Which was prefect!
So… the cheese sticks were really delicious, it was deep fried and the cheese texture (mozzarella) was very stringy (again it’s delicious).
The chicken was perfect. The favour and taste melts in your mouth creating a amazing aroma that slaps your brain to stuff more. The blue cheese isn’t my passion personally dislike the blue cheese.
The Clam chowder soup, looked amazing, sadly I never got the chance to taste it, but the cracker was tasty.
The bill wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be, the bill for 4 people came to a $ 25~ which was pretty good due to students are normally budget tighten. Then again we only ordered 3 dishes.
This place is best to hang out with groups of friends, you could watch TV and eat!
Ps. I’m not sure if they had a bar. Maybe they do I just didn’t pay attention to it.

OMG happy hours can’t save them. Came here during late night happy hour. Place on Friday was dead. Ordered wings I don’t remember the flavor but both were dry as heck!!! Flavor tasted like store bottle ugh, it was not good. Fries sent back two times because it was cold! N still came out cold. Drinks we’re OK. Nothing special. Service was friendly but hard to get a hold off. I’m a Foodie n for foodies I don’t recommend if you want decent food.

This Hooters location is awesome. Place is clean, food comes out hot and quick, drinks are cold and quick. Prices are very reasonable. You can definitely tell all the waitresses work together to attend the customers. I’m a regular at the hooters in San Bruno. This location is definitely better service, efficient and delicious food. I will not be back to San Bruno hooters. This is my new location! Came on a Friday evening just after happy hour ended at around 6:15. Service was spectacular!

Called in last night after work to make an order over the phone with Charlot. Had to call back and change my order cause some friends had a change in plans so we no longer needed the extra food. Charlot said she would check with the manager and get back to me. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and my order. Thanks for the warm and friendly greeting! It was much appreciated.

Lousy customer service.
Came here to kill an hour while waiting to pick up my daughter — bad idea! 20 minutes later not one person came to take my order. Being an unaccompanied woman I was practically invisible. I waited and waited while the waitresses strutted around and chatted with their infantile male clientele. Lost patience and got out without ordering anything
Bottom line: don’t even think about it, if you don’t identify as male.

i went here with my buddy. the ladies were nice but they need to learn better customer service. there was one waitress literally doing everything. Guinevere was awesome. actually seen her taking order’s busting tables and was really professional and respectful. and actually doing what your supposed to be doing working.
and the other server’s well were either behind the counter. looking at the hooter’s calender or not doing anything at all
one waitress was talking to some guy’s for like 20 minutes. like come on can you at least turn around and help the guys behind you. and yes literally like 15 – 20 minutes during the whole i was eating my meal.
and then when i went to the car. they didn’t even tell us they had a pool table in the back. or the beer and food special’s what the hell. i saw it on the back window.

Have always had a good experience at the restaurant and the Manager there some months back went out of her way to make things right for me as a customer, after the Door Dash independent delivery service completely dropped the ball. 5 stars for the Manager! Love the wings and my wife the fried pickles. The real pain is the parking when it is busy. But overall, good job Hooters!

Stopped by with a couple friends for late night drinks and a little fried food. It was good and we had a good time but it was my first time at a hooters and I wasn’t all that impressed. From all the hype they get I really expected a lot more. The «hooters» we’re rather unimpressive compared to the hype and the food was decent but nothing extra ordinary. Drinks were good and it was a nice stop. Overall meh.

I live Hooters. Food is terrible, service is as bad too but this restaurant has the hottest waitresses I have ever seen. That’s the only reason why I keep coming back.

Whenever I have Pacific wash or wax my car, I go to Hooters and have lunch. TV’s everywhere and a warm atmosphere. I usually sit at the bar and chat up the tender. She is always nice and attentive. The bar also has 5 screens immediately viewable while seated. I have gotten to know most of the tenders since I go here often.
The best seats in the house are at the bar if you are alone or with 1 other person. The tables are better if you have 3 or more. The waitstaff pay attention to the tables with the most potential.
In with the food. Burgers are tasty. The wings are on point. The shrimp is excellent. Mostly I order the shrimp. Oh yeah. Nice people.

I came here with my boyfriend and some friends to watch the Warriors v. Lakers game, so we definitely didn’t come for the food, but the multiple tvs they have around the restaurant. We ordered some beers (a Firestone 805 for me– which I love). My beer tasted off, kind of flat. However, points to the waitress who happily took it back, and got me a Lagunitas IPA instead, with no questions/​no problems. The only food I have had there is a Cesar salad, which was– meh. Wouldn’t go for food, but it’s decent to go and watch a game.

For being known for chicken wings and beer, they have the worst chicken wings and beer ever. The chicken never tastes fresh, is overly greasy and not that flavorful. The beer, which is hard to mess up, came out to my girlfriend as warm and tasted off. Not sure how that happens.
The only good thing is that because it isn’t good, it doesn’t get that crowded. We wanted to watch the Warriors game and had no problem getting a table and service.
Service was good, but some things were forgotten when we ordered them.

We don’t seem to get sick of the wings BUT for the people eating and the AC turned up on a cold a $$ day is not ok. We’d like to enjoy our food without shivering especially on a all u can eat day!
Another concern is the water they serve. The tap water tastes so bad. They honestly need to do something about it. womans resroom smells so bad. I wonder what’s going on w the sewage or filter system.
BTW the chick we had today… merrile… was not great. She was all over the place busy but she’d fly by and we’d have to yell for her to stop. She never checked on us for refills.

This place has gone from bad to worse since 2010. They still charge you for sides like ranch and bleu cheese with wings! Ridiculous! The only competent person they having working there is the manager Christina. She was professional, courteous, and did try her hardest to make a bad situation better.
The problem is, I just ended up with the 2 worst servers whose names I will leave out since I am not looking to personally attack or embarrass anyone. The first server had a huge attitude problem and completely ignored me making me wait for 30 mins because she was more concerned with getting off of her shift and doing shots at the table behind me with her friend rather than having the common courtesy of notifying another server to take over her station.
My food came out cold and I complained and like I said the manager on duty Christina was more than awesome. She is a total pro when it comes to customer service and is too good for Hooters. She should be working at a fancy restaurant because they would be lucky to have her. Staff and managers that go out of their way to make the customer happy are a rare find today so like I said much love and props to Christina. If anything Hooters should give her a raise because she is way too professional and good for that place. I know this review is probably falling on deaf ears too since it’s a Hooters after all but my experience was so bad tonight I just needed to vent.
The second server basically took forever because she kept stopping and talking to her other tables not checking on them, straight up conversations for like 5 – 10 mins and then would forget drinks and parts of our orders. She totally jacked up the bill and by that time we just wanted to get out of there.
It may be more expensive but I would go to but I would go to Rock Bottom Brewery or downtown Campbell instead of Hooters because at least there you get what you pay for which is good service and good food and drink.

Wanna know a tip? If there are just 2 of you, or you’re with a group of dudes, sit at the bar.
Sal and I come here when there are big baseball games and we both want to watch different teams (I’m a Dodgers fan, her’s a Giants fan — I know, I know… makes for an interesting relationship!). We sit at the bar and make friends with the bar tender. I firmly believe that when you get to know your bartender/​server, and use their name, they’ll be more friendly and the service will be better. This belief has never been more true than at Hooters.
The wings are good, tasty, and cooked well. We usually get the traditional «Hooters-​style» — breaded, fried, and then sauced, and the «Daytona Beach» style — grilled and then sauced.
Sal LOVES the steamed shrimp, and I have to admit, I’m a fan too.
I was generous with an extra star because they serve Strongbow on tap. If you don’t know what Strongbow is, please, get yourself together and drink a Strongbow IMMEDIATELY! Preferably at Hooters!

Worst experience ever! Took forever to place an order. Ordered a burger and asked if I can get it med rare. She said sure. When it came out the buns where stale and flat. The patty came out very over cooked and hard as a rock. The curly fries tasted the same old, stale. Nothing was fresh! $ 100 bucks waisted. Rather spend the $ 100 on MCDONALD’S! !! cac never coming back here again!!!

Not as big of a fan… They no longer have Miller lite on tap, and they are apparently out of bottles. So someone must be buying this stuff. The person doing the order needs to rethink this… Think I’ll head to Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered 20 medium original wings to-​go but they are tasteless! Did not look like it was tossed in any sauce. Wtf I don’t remember Hooters wings looking crappy like that!
Also when the hell did only 20 wings cost $ 25+ after tax? Feelsbadman.

2 Stars for their Chicken wings of course. Other than that, it’s not the Hooters I’ve always enjoyed going to. Customer service was not there and the location of it is kind of on an odd area.
We had 2 servers, which I did not understand why and the result of that was our order got all mixed up and when I called them out regarding the situation. All I got was a blank stare. No sorry or anything at all. I seriously didn’t know how to react about their reaction. I just wanted to laugh. Cause yup, go figure! Oh man! LOL! Never going back to this Hooters, ever again.

My ex coworker wanted to meet here to catch up. This was my first Hooters in the bay area. I ordered parmesan garlic boneless chicken wings with garlic fries. The chicken wings was okay… a little too much flavor. The garlic fries were pretty good though. Our server was Lex and she was very nice and her service was fast pace. She really wanted to get to know her customers and build good relationships. They have many TV screens so you can watch sports on every angle. Overall, great experience and I wouldn’t mind coming back.
