No points and zero fees and still cheaper than everyone else! If it wasn’t for Gary Gellman, we’d be renting. He made it happen!
We asked for a 5 year fixed to adjustable, and we’re now entering the adjustment period. Unlike the many others who used shady brokers, we’re actually in better shape now that it is adjusting. Our rate will be 3.25 for the next year, then a max of 5.25 next year. (it was 5.5 during the fixed period). Obviously Gary Gellman knows how to take care of his client’s best interests.
He is also willing to be honest with you when your idea won’t work. Thumbs up that he now has a website too. Gary and his staff are professional and prompt. They make the mortgage process easy for you.
