Palazzi has a very nice atmosphere, open, light and lively but regardless of where Annette is doing hair, there I will go. She has been styling, coloring and cutting my hair for over 25 years and has inspired me to try new things. It’s so much fun! The best thing is she’s never steered me in the wrong direction so she’s my hair guru, my confidant and makes me feel comfortable. An awesome combination of wonderful attributes. I have to say, though, that Palazzi is a great place for her in a great location. Can’t wait for my next appointment with ANNETTE!!! Love her! When I walk out of Palazzi I’m looking and feeling wonderful every time!

This Review is for Paullette–
I have nice hair — THERE… I said it!
I use Purology shampoo and conditioner, and I color it twice a year– that’s my secret… well it was until I started seeing Paullette!
In the past, I have gone to stylists… they give me a trim and send me off… not Paullette.
She will sit you down and help you figure out a few options, and if you’re smart, you will ask her to do what SHE thinks is most flattering… I mean she’s the professional, she knows best, right?
I give her Free Rein when it comes to my hair, and I have yet to be disappointed.
I brought my hesitant mother (that is all grey by choice) —
I wanted her to look refreshed for this event, so I called in the expert to either add highlights or lowlights to her grey base.
Paullette sat down with my mom for over 15 minutes and went over every possibility until they came to the agreement where Paullette would do whatever SHE wanted, and boy was she happy she said that. My mothers hair came out BEAUTIFUL!!! (I attached her pic below)
The end result was subtle deep eggplant lowlights, with silver as the base!!!
Never in a million years would I have thought to do this. My mother swore she wouldn’t color her hair again until she saw Paullette, I have created a monster! We are going back for touchup for Mama Maggie next week!
I cannot stress this enough: If you want your hair to look legit, go see Paullette — you wont be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Paulette as a hairstylist! She is truly an artist and her customer service and overall experience of being in her chair is unmatched by any other experience I have had in the past. She is honest and very experienced and is not afraid to tell you if something you want is unflattering or damaging to your hair. She looks at your overall facial structure, the pictures you bring in, listens very closely and then comes up with a game plan that once executed looks better that what you could even imagine in your head or in the pictures you brought in. She is amazing and I love her work. Go see her! You will never be disappointed. She has no weaknesses!!! Cuts are amazing, blowouts are amazing, color is super amazing! Love her my hair is the healthiest, longest and most manageable it has ever been and I have only her to thank!

Thank goodness for Paulette. She has been my hair stylist for the last few months. She definitely has the magic touch when it comes to hair. She has been able to cut and color my hair the exact way I want it. She is attentive, listens and is able to execute. Paulette is also very professional and personable. I have the best time getting my hair done in her chair. If you are looking for a stylish blowout or extensions she is your girl. I bought my clip in extensions from her as well and I love them. Paulette is a gem and I highly recommend if you are looking for a new stylist or new to the area she won’t disappoint.

I don’t love the front desk service, but I love Paullete, she’s awesome. She is open to do whatever you want and give you advice about what’s better for your kind of hair, I can see that she love what she’s doing. She dedicated a lot of time to my hair because I went for something pink and she made like pink and purple shadows it’s great. She applied clip hair extensions to my daughter because she want to have pony hair as her mom. She finished my hair and I looked amazing. She’s text message friendly so it was easy to contact her, my English is not so good and she was very patient with me talking. I totally recommend her!

This review is mainly for Annette, one of the best stylist out there. I’ve been going to Annette for cut and color for about 3 years now. I’ve tried a variety of colors and styles out and she always nails it. She’s not only a great stylist but has a wonderful personality and is full of energy. I now have recommended Annette to 6 of my friends and they all love her as well.

The salon itself has a great location in downtown campbell, is very organized/​clean and has a good energy. I actually followed Annette from a different salon and can say this one definitely has a better feel to it.

Stacie is a Rockstar for color and highlights! Forced to evacuate the salon after a woman hit the salon with her car, Stacie still managed to finish my hair in the street without skipping a beat! She is amazing with color!
Not everyone can do blonde in northern California well and she is Amazing!!! Highly recommend her!

This was my first experience at Palazzi, and a very pleasant one. Recommended by a friend of mine, I was checking out the website and Unilocal reviews, following the posted pics of various hairstylists. I was immediately impressed by a couple of Paullette’s posts and gave her a call, she was booked for the rest of the week, but told me she might have a cancellation in the afternoon, before even confirmed, she tried to know my hair needs and expectations better. An ½ hour later I was booked and I was very excited, specially because I had a hand surgery, could not wash and blow dry my hair and had a Birthday Dinner to go to.
What a nice and warm welcome, Paullette is very energetic, passionate and knowledgable about coloring, haircutting, hairstyling and not to forget: she enjoys hair blowing, she does it with a rapidity and perfection.
I was very satisfied and happy with my end results, she even took pictures and posted it: pic Nr. 14 .
I frequented a lot of hairsalons around the world, but I haven’t had as such wonderful experience since Paris, she definitely is sure was she is doing, loves what she is doing, and turns everybody to a beauty!
She is new to the Hairsalon and very reasonable with prices, I was positively surprised, compared to my teen-daughter’s excessive bill (same performance, different hairstylist-​there for a long time)

I had annoying issues getting through at the receptionist desk at Palazzi. They finally answered the phone after my sixth call. Back to Paulette she is extremely talented, very precise, super sweet and very attentive to YOUR vision for your hair. She stopped multiple times to ask me how I styled my hair daily and even how I prefer my hair to look in a ponytail so she could achieve just the look I wanted. She was very conscious of leaving length and not cutting my hair off. I recently had been to someone who said she would take an inch and took over 3. She is easy and fun to talk to and fast. I left feeling like I had coffee with a friend. She is very skilled and I am very very happy! Thanks Paulette!

I followed my favorite Paulette to Palazzi which is a nice salon with an open and clean environment.
Paulette has been the only person to touch my hair since August of last year and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Style, cut, and color she can do it all! What makes me the most pleased with seeing her is that she was able to lift my black Asian hair to the ashy blonde that I love… and that I once gave up on due to major breakage and all over damage, but she did it while keeping my hair healthy. Paulette introduced me to Olaplex, an absolute must for hair that needs intense bleaching like mine, along with other products and methods to care for my hair. My hair has never felt or looked this good. No joke, I get compliments on it daily.
She’s not only a great hair dresser, but she’s really a sweet and caring soul. Even though my appointments are always hours long they never feel like it because she really engages in our conversations. Over time she’s become like a big sister figure to me in providing life advice and exchanging stories. I just love her!

I have been seeing Meg for almost 2 years now. She is absolutely incredible! I am a blonde, and for all my fellow blondes, you know it is very easy to mess it up. She is careful, accurate, listens to what I want every time and delivers amazing results. I always get compliments on my hair! Love this girl!

I called on a spur the moment basis, I wanted drastic change, and quick! I was scheduled with Jackie the within 15 minutes of my call. I quickly got there and got seated immediately. Jackie was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns, and offered lots of advice. I came in with long, blonde and highlighted hair. I wanted to go brown and a short cut, and she made it all happen while calming my nerves. I ended up having one concern with my hair, and and Jackie happily saw me again, and gave me a color fix and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She gave me an amazing haircut, and a beautiful color. On top of that, she is so sweet and made the visits so pleasant. Thank you again Jackie. I love this place! I have been going to see Tom for my hair for a couple of years, he knows my hair and what is best for me. The salon also offers a large selection of hair and beauty products which is rally nice and the place is always nice and clean.
They have a great coffee bar inside which is another plus, makes you feel comfortable.

I came in today for the first time looking to get a bob haircut and blonde highlights. I’ve always had long hair so going short was kind of a big deal but Briana made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.
I also have very dark natural hair and have always had a struggle getting blonde to show up as actual blonde rather than orange and I mentioned this to her and somehow brains got my highlights to look as blonde as ever. I got partial highlights instead of full but Briana really put more than enough and it looks like I got full highlights even though I didn’t.
The location is conveniently in downtown Campbell and is very cute. They even have plenty of keurig coffees and drinks to choose from. I will definitely come back to see Briana!

I have seen Stacy B. twice now and she does an amazing job! Super amazing with highlights, haircut and style. I am so glad I found palazzi salon and Stacy!

Megan is fantastic! My son and I drove down from Marin. She did not disappoint. Great cut and new style for my boy. Reasonably priced for the high quality cut. She’s very friendly and professional. She has a suite in the back that was private and clean. We will definitely be coming back.
