I recommend Tasya, my experience with her was that helping me was her priority in our relationship which I think is quite rare, even among therapists. She i found her quite skillful in being able to notice and point out certain things that helped me understand and appreciate myself better.

My husband and I have been to many therapists ranging from family therapy, to mental health professionals to even career counseling and by far Tasya has been the best therapist we have been to. Tasya’s has profound knowledge and hands on expertise in dealing with Mental Health patients and in supporting family members. We were most impressed with the level of care she showed us. Not only she provided us with written literature and allowed us to borrow books from her to educate ourselves, she followed up with a phone call after our visit to make sure we had all of our questions answered and to ensure we could stay connected via email. She is kind, thoughtful and really cares about her clients/​patients and a true professional.
