Back in the days, Donatos pizza was top notch. Donatos pizza have really lost its edge. Not just this location, but across the board. Consistency is the key and this establishment has lost it. I ordered a large the works and I must say it was horrible. The crust itself was literally half done, soggy. This is about the third time this has happened. Based on past experience and I want to keep things in the family being that I am from Columbus and I want to support my hometown establishment in which I have been supporting for the last 25 years, but I am done. I will no longer buy this pizza. Donatos must go back to the basics. Stop selling half done pizza’s. I guarantee I am not the only one who complains.

Pizza on par with all Donatos I have been to. CUSTOMERSERVICE. Absolutely horrible. Attempted to get a pizza this evening. Tried calling for over 30 minutes… No answer. More that 15 calls made. I decided to drive to the location because I really wants Donatos… Ended up speaking with the general manager after waiting 8 more minutes. She said she decided they were to busy to answer the phone and give people long wait times so she told her employees to stop answering the phones for a few minutes. I said please stop blow smoke. I have been calling for over 30 minutes and then drove over here and have been waiting for awhile… She had nothing else to say. Did not even offer and apology for the inconvenience. Guess I just start driving the extra 5 minutes to the further one that answers there phone.

We love Donato’s pizza! Bread sticks should be world-famous. The pepperoni pizza is unrivaled. It’s been a while since I have been to this location, but I only remember good things…

Very slow service. Food was not brought together. I could have had home delivery faster.

A few years ago, this would have been five stars plus plus plus. Donatos just isn’t what I remember it to be — not sure if they just dumped too much sauce on the pizza or what, but wasn’t as stellar as I remember. The crust wasn’t as crunchy(probably due to the sauce overload) and it wasn’t delivered in a hot condition! :-(

I moved away from Ohio in 1994 and other than my friends and family, the only things I miss are a few restaurants. Donato’s is my favorite pizza and is always the first thing I get when I come home. Usually I order it on my way home so I get the pizza on my way to see my parents — you see where my priorities are. The traditional thin crust, a million pepperonis… it’s very delicious. I think though, in their effort to create more throughput to respond to increasing demand I’ve learned that you have to ask for your pizza WELLDONE. Then it’s the pizza I remember getting at the original Donato’s in the late 80s. Highly recommended.
