Wife took her car here and ask them to check out why her brake light was coming on. They told her it was the master cylinder and she needed to get her brakes check more often. The day after she hears loud noise from the rear of the car. Being a mechanic in years past I decided to get my hands dirty and check the rear brakes despite the fact they just told her the day before that they did. When I did I found rear pads with negative life left.
In sum they made a wrong diagnoses and didn’t even inspect the brakes but said they did. Or even worse they checked the brakes and didn’t see anything wrong.
I wouldn’t trust this place to touch my car.
