Despite the fact that this salon is very busy, the service and quality is excellent. I have been a customer since 1998 and have experienced the best quality nail/​pedicure service as compared to salons from The Syracuse to Rochester area including Wayne county. You get what you pay for and I have not had problems with this salon where as other salons provided shoddy substandard service that required return visits to correct broken nails or fungal infections. This salon is very busy on weekends or around prom/​wedding events and it is also located in a summer tourism city. No brainer why this place is busy and if you walk in you may wait for service. Your best bet is make an appointment and with that expect waiting during premium hours especially during warmer months. Vikki nails rocks out the best service for the buck and all the techs are accommodating. That is why this salon is so jammed packed at times because it is the best ! I like my nails, ect. done right the first time with out having to go back for a fix up and that is what I get. If a problem does arise Vikki s will fix the problem with little or no charge. You cannot go wrong here and a little wait is worth it. Plan time accordingly.
