Victoria Fine Foods makes an exceptionally delicious array of pasta sauces.
I regularly bought 1 jar per week: usually bolognese or marinara.
Five star sauce!
3 stars were subtracted from my review because of an unanswered complaint regarding a chip of bone that was found in a jar of bolognese pasta sauce. I am actually surprised that my complaint was not even acknowledged: not even a «we’re sorry because we value you as a customer»… Nope, not even that.
I guess they know that they have a good thing going and losing one customer is not going to hurt their reputation.
