Very friendly. Turnaround was acceptable. Good quality of dry cleaning. Price was… shockingly good. Found my dry cleaners for life.

Such amazing prices! Service is great, had some alterations that were priced great. Takes a little long to get items back, but I am very happy!

Took in knit pants for my mother in law. Asked guy at the counter if they could get the fuzzies or pilling off the pants, he said definitely yes, so I left them. Picked them up, they charged me $ 5.50 for washing them, but did nothing about the fuzzies. The employee said that’s too time consuming and that the guy should not have told me that. Never going back!

Having worked in the dry cleaning business, at the counter and pressing clothing as well as shirt laundry in the back in the past, I am very picky as to where I take my clothing. I found this cleaner and I do highly recommend them. Their shop is very clean; their prices are beyond reasonable and, since finding them two years ago, I have taken clothing, alterations, area rugs etc and have NO problems at all. Perhaps the other reviews were written for a different owner as I was very surprised to read them.

Should have read the reviews before taking my front room curtains here! Not only was my job a day late, but it wasn’t fully clean and they charged me $ 40 more than their original price quote. Never going back. Horrible experience. Worth the drive across town to the other cleaners.

Do not go here! The employees are awful!
The first time I took in an Ikea couch cover. They got it clean, although the blueberry stain remained (that might be expecting too much?) but then ruined the inner portion by ironing where it was clearly marked not to. They did repair it, and gave me a (small) discount on the cleaning (it should have been free). The woman at the counter had a thick accent which was difficult to understand, but made it clear to me that she did not do the dry cleaning and had very little knowledge of the process.
I wish I had learned the first time… On the second occasion I took in five items of clothing and two wool blankets which had been puked on. To be fair, there was still some puke on the blankets and this IS asking a lot, but I didn’t know what else to do.
The employee this time was extremely rude, stating that she «would not touch» the blankets, and making it clear that I was an idiot for bringing them in. After asking several questions, she also proudly stated that she was completely ignorant of the dry-​cleaning process or what I could expect.
I took my business to Canby Cleaners, where the owner, with more than 50 years experience, explained my options, took all of my items as they were (with no complaints), and charged me slightly less than I had been quoted at Canby Station Cleaners.
The only advantage of this place is a nicer/​newer-​looking facility. Don’t be fooled. DON’T GO HERE!
