I just went in to make copies. I told her that it only copied half the document. With a mouth full of food she said hat will be x dollars. I said even though it didn’t copy correctly? She shook her head yes. unbelievable! I told her the first round didn’t copy well. Yes she was eating and it smelled like peanut butter. If you were the owner you should have jumped in to help. You are just as bad as her. I am a business owner and would never treat a customer the way you do. I have used a copier a million times. Mine just broke at home.

I’m really surprised by all the bad reviews. I’ve been to this store a few times and have always had good service. Warren has always been very nice and helpful. I guess you cant please everyone…

I’ve never been happier than I was using the UPS store and it’s service! I went to have color copies made of my company flyers and not only was the product fabulous but, the price was ½ of every other UPS and other vendors. They saved me $ 50 and the quality was brilliant! I’ll find reasons to go there again.

Horrible customer service. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years including many years at a particular retail store famous for it’s customer service. This store could take a page from their book. No accountability, horrible attitudes, argumentative. How about making a customer happy and fixing things. Bad customer experiences cost far more for a store than good ones, never going back and will advise everyone I know to do the same.

Unknowledgeable and rude. Tried to notarize a signature, but since they did not understand what I wanted, refused to help me. Called me «sketchy» even. The owner came to help, but just stared blankly until it was awkward enough for me to leave. No help was given to help me figure out how to get it notarized properly. I understand they can’t just notarize anything willynilly, but they made no effort to understand what I needed or explain why they can’t do it. Left feeling offended and angry. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Went back recently to mail a package to one of my relatives and they were a lot friendlier than I remember. After dealing with all the scowling and bad attitude at the Post Office this was actually an improvement.

Customer service has improved hugely at the store, so I have to revise my review and give it more stars! Times have changed drastically, and now I’m greeted with at least a «good morning», and often, conversation! So now I can highly recommend this store, no reservations. I really like having a USP mailbox and always knowing that my packages will arrive and be safe until I can get them. And we love the email announcements when we have packages, as well as the notary service. Now, if the place would become dog friendly like the Hillsboro UPS store and allow me to bring my dog in, I’d be all set and give it five stars!
