Von Richcreek truly is as good as it gets! He just sold our house for a profit when we thought we’d be lucky to sell it at all and thought the most we could hope for was to break even. After being turned away form another realtor because we wanted to first rent, we walked blindly into Crye Lyke in Symrna and met Von during a relocation house hunting trip in December. He told us all about the area, explained the different towns and what they had to offer and really took his time with us. Later that day he gave us a tour of Murfreesboro. When we sold our house in Texas we called Von and he helped us find a rental. We couldn’t have done it without him! He helped us from 1000 miles away! Finally when it came time to buy he helped us find the perfect house for us! He even met us after hours when we found THE house, because we were all too excited to sleep! He handled all the details of our purchase so that we didn’t have to stress! He even took time during each stage to make our 3 year old daughter feel comfortable after a lot of change!
