Had the worst experience with Boot Barn Online. Don’t ever buy anything from Boot Barn if there is an issue they won’t resolve it. Package says it was delivered I never got the package I called. It has now been two weeks no refund no contact. They could care less. Steven in customer service is rude and doesn’t care to help people. Been waiting for a supervisor to call me for two days. AMAZON Is better. So disappointed be a loyal customer for years

I was born a Southern girl so I have pretty high expectations when it comes to boot stores, and this Boot Barn did not disappoint! My friends and I drove down from Los Angeles to get a pair of boots and the whole shopping experience could not have been easier. They had plenty of pairs and styles of boots in all sizes, all at reasonable prices — nice leather, too! The salespeople were also really friendly, and didn’t judge us at all, even after it was revealed we were really only stopping by because we’re going to the Stagecoach country music festival in a few weeks. The store itself is clean an organized, AC’d, and spacious. I already own several pairs of boots so I doubt I’ll be shopping here any time soon, but I think I’ve found my new place to get my boots cleaned and taken care of!

Don’t go if you’re in a hurry — like all things«country» this store moves at a different pace. I’m a «Boot Barn» fan, so it’s a bummer to not give this place five stars, but they were very understaffed, the lady working the floor must’ve been having a bad day, because she was kind of a buzzkill/rude. However, the old man made up for it with his chipper attitude. Great boot selection, but you’re pretty on your own in terms of shopping(which I like). The sale deals have all kinds of seasonal stuff. I really like the place, so I still suggest giving it a visit for boot-buying, both western and work. If nothing else, you can see what kind of options you have. People saying that the prices are high have never bought REAL cowboy boots — the prices are very good for the sizes and options you have in the store. Yeehaw!

I love Boot Barn so it saddens me to write a bad review on this location. 1 person working the floor with at least 6 customers needing help. I asked the man for help, he mumbled something and walked away as if he acknowledged me. I followed him thinking he was going to attend to me but nope, he jumped right into helping another couple who didn’t even ask for his help. He just needed to give his opinion on the hats they were looking at. Once he came over to me, we talked for 2 seconds about what I needed and never once came back to ask me if I needed anything else, which I did because 1. I couldn’t get a boot off and 2. Wanted some opinions on a manufacturer. Ehh…not my first choice of locations to go to. Don’t come here if you’re in a time restraint. UPDATE: Once I posted this review, within 5 minutes I rec’d a message from Boot Barn asking if they could contact me because that’s not how they do business. As I write this, approx 48 hours later, still A. No contact and B. No reply to my message back to them saying yes, that there is more to explain other than this review. Do what you can to stay away from this location. It doesn’t seem as if they are concerned with a CUSTOMERS needs, requirements, wants, etc…

You want to go to a store with an old timey old school down home mom and pop vibe. This is your huckleberry. Really great folks and awesome western clothing and gifts. I love going there!

First time going to this Boot Barn. I wrote a review about the Ventura one a few weeks ago. Let’s just say, this location made up for my Ventura experience. The staff is helpful, they have air conditioner, and they had a much bigger selection in women’s size 9 boots than Ventura. The atmosphere was so comfortable, I was able to take my time and really try everything on without feeling rushed or sweating to death. The saleswoman had a very sly way of upselling me leather protector liquid stuff, which after seeing it was only $ 6, I didn’t mind buying it to protect my new gorgeous boots.

Dirky was wonderful! I am in the Shark Cage tonight at the Santa Barbara PBR event and I needed some new boots! Well he hooked me up with an awesome pair, a new pair of jeans and shirt! I look hot! It is going to be so much fun. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my budget! Love this place!!!

There used to be more Western wear stores around town, not so much anymore. Glad Boot Barn on Topanga Blvd. is still around. The friendly staff will take the time to help you find a good pair of stylish boots for men, women and children. Boot Barn also sells leather jackets, cowboy hats, jeans, western shirts, even cowboy-themed knick knacks.

I was a bit worried as I entered from the outside because all I could see where t-shirts I was hoping that they hadn’t sold out and just sold rapper/gangster wear like many other places. But I looked further back and say the hats so I knew I was in the right place. I made my way to the back to look at cowboy boots that I’ve been wanting for so long. I heard they probably have the best selection and they did. Although they did not have the exact style and size that I required. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Although I did not see very many patrons here. Poor western wear. It’s a dying breed. I was hoping to see a resurgence of cowboys after Brokeback. I also miss the days of the old Rocky Mountain Jean Thursdays back in Ralls Texas. I’ve never seen a pair of jean make a woman’s ass look so good or so bad. They have a nice selection of hats, too.

Boot Barn always has a great selection of western wear. They can be a bit pricey, but western wear tends to be a bit pricey these days. The selection of boots is immense and they always have a large amount in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
