Their prices are low, but the quality of work and quality of service aren’t as great as Shoe Lab. When I went to pick up a pair of suede sneakers at the appointed time, they were not done. They had my phone number but did not bother to call in advance to warn me. The man then said I could take them, but they weren’t dry yet and still needed to be brushed with a metal brush which he said I could do at home. I’m thinking: how would he expect me to have a metal shoe brush at home, and also to complete the work I am paying him for? The black dress shoes I took in came back looking okay, but after having used Shoe Lab I can see the difference in quality… they look almost brand new when Shoe Lab does the job. Here they were cleaned up a bit, but not buffed enough to get out all of the scuff marks. I just don’t like using Shoe Lab because they are pricey, but I haven’t found comparable quality of service for a lower price.

Fair price, good service, excellent attention to detail.

I’ve been going here for a few years to repair shoes. Great work and decent prices.
