I drove all the way to the Westfield Mall for neiman Marcus from LA, but while I was here visiting, I decided I might as well visit champs for some roshes ! The gentleman that was helping me was super attentive and grabbed any size/color I asked for.
They didn’t have the black & white in women’s but luckily I fit a kids size and I was able to cop me the size 4 for big kids which was also 15 $ cheaper than adult roshes. Overall I was happy with the customer service and the purchase. Maybe I got lucky with my sales person because other reviewers didn’t seem to have much of a pleasant visit.

Unspectacular, but had one or two of the kinds of socks my son was looking for. Sales staff is a bit too aggressive for my taste. And I really found the signage regarding sale items, confusing to the point of being deceptive. Is this really the only way to sell some overpriced T-shirts and sneakers?

Just left there and had a horrible experience. The manager was not helpful or understanding.
My daughter bought a pair of shoes there three days earlier and only wore them in the store. She then found the same pair $ 30.00 cheaper at Sports Authority. When she took them back the manager told her he would not take them back because they looked worn. She explained that she wore them around in the store and his reply was «Our floors are not that dirty»…NICE!
Never again will we shop at any Champs
There are so many other sports stores out there that take care of their customers. Please support them and not bullies like Champs.

While visiting the Topanga Plaza Mall, we walked by Champs Sports and decided to check it out and buy some Lakers-gear. Gotta support the team, especially this time of year!
The inventory is impressive and features both men’s and women’s sports apparel.
From shoes to shirts to caps and jerseys, the prices are fair and the staff is helpful and nice.
I like the wall that features all things Dodgers and Lakers. Make this LA Lady proud!
