Hugo Boss makes the best clothes!
I could replace their manekins as their clothes fit me like a model. Laila and the rest of the staff are great. They even call me when there’s a sale and that helps out as this joint is about 800‑1200 for a pimpin suit. I have a number and always get compliments from folks in public (usually asking me such questions as Are you a movie star? Or Have you misled before). I am a humble man and am flattered by such commentary. However, I am neither by surprise to most.
Oh…the store yes, they offer you free bottles of water and coffee. I have told them numerous times cognac would be best ;). Overall, this is the best store as besides suits they have sports gear, shirts, belts, and those expensive socks I always seem to buy with a matchin hanky ;).

This was the WORST experience I have had shopping in a long time. I came in for my boyfriends birthday yesterday and wanted to revamp his wardrobe. I expected to have fun and be advised on what he should wear. I told the sales representative what Hugo Boss pieces I liked for my boyfriend at Nordstroms to give him an idea of what I was looking for. He then responded to me with an smug attitude and literally told me «for future reference take this piece of advice for the next time you shop here… we will never carry the same items as Nordstroms.» Haha buddy… After that comment good luck I’m surprised anyone shops here. The ignorance of this man was so appalling and distasteful that I left feeling like «Pretty Women» and splurged else were. I love Hugo Boss on my man so much. I will always shop the Brand… just not at the Topaga boutique.

Our experience with the employees of this store was quite pleasant. For our wedding my Fiancé wanted to get a Boss suit. Living close to the Topanga mall we decided to go check this place out 3 months before the wedding to see what our options were. A very nice young girl named Leila helped us. We ended up liking a suit named ‘James’ style and Leila assured us that this style was their classic and it would never be discontinued. So we decided to not buy the suit that day. 2 months later, as we were getting closed to the wedding day, we decided to go back and get the suit. Leila was there and she remembered us which was nice. So we asked about the same suit and when she went to check the right size, she mentioned that she can’t order us the suit. The reason was that the style was not available.
The only option that we had was ordering it online for it to be sent to our house which sounded fine. Leila offered us to refund the shipping and handling so we could receive the suite faster. The process was super fast and we got the suit after 3 days and we took it back to the store to get it altered. She made it pretty easy for us and my fiancé has his suit ready to go for the big day which is in 2 weeks. Thank you Leila!
