My daughter purchased a pair of their jeans… and they look great! I thought she was crazy to spend that much on a pair of jeans ($ 130!), but she loved them.
4 months later-​there is a tear in the inseam. Wow-​Waaay too soon for that to happen. I told her to go in and ask them to replace them. She was reluctant, as she did not have her receipt.
Well, she went in anyway, brought them to the front desk-​no questions asked, the salesclerk immediately got her an identical pair-​even exchange. 2 minutes-​done!
Now THAT is excellent customer service, and a good reason to spend extra $$$ on a pair of jeans. Bravo Lucky Brand!

I came shopping again! And I spoke to Ralph on the phone to see when Erika the Mgr was coming in. And he found out it was me. And he told me he would have a rack waiting for me. (I thought he was joking) and sure enough to his word. Him and Erica had a rack waiting for me with my size.
If you really take the time and take to them there. You will ALWAYS get VIP treatment! I love shopping there!!!
