No stars for these people they are rude and unprofessional! Our alarm went off at our business so when they called me they said someone had entered the wrong code at 5 am so the police came just to find out our key pad was faulty we scheduled an appointment and they came and replaced it a few weeks later we received a bill from LAPD for $ 262(which I paid) I called permaguard and they told me to send them the bill and someone would call me back, no one ever called me so I decided to call them to see was was going on, the lady there was so rude she said they wouldn’t give me a refund, as I was explaining she cut me off and said she didn’t care!!! Beware Don’t use permaguard!!!

I am very disappointed with this business. The monitoring was just ok. I had some issues trying to contact them after hours and it seemed disorganized. I just called to cancel my alarm because I was moving. They told me I had one year left on a three year contract, in which I never signed. The alarm equipment was mine and I even had to pay for a separate installer to install my system. They only have been doing my monthly monitoring so I didn’t understand why they kept insisting they waived the initial installation fee when there was no installation. They were rude and don’t value their customers. The owner aren’t forgoing this contract(again, which I never signed) because times are tough and companies are going out of business. Hopefully this company will too because if this is how the owner treats his customers. This is a business I don’t want to be working with. For your own sake and safety, get Another alarm company. They have Three locations.
