The 5 Stars is for Devon!!! It started with my phone call! I had questions about the Go-​Walk 3 and he patiently answered my questions!!! Reason why I gave him 5 stars is because I have called this store before & the one in Burbank & when I had questions… the response I get from the females that work there was «You have to come here and try it on»!!! Like really!!! So yes… I was very very happy when Devon helped me on the phone! Just so happens also that the color I asked for was available, & he checked for me (when I called the other times, I get a sudden answer, no we don’t have it… it’s like okaaaayy, that was quick). So when I got to the store DEVON was Equally as helpful! There were so many styles and ended up with the one I called about originally… I wish Skechers would make more of Black/​Black in different versions or have those colors in stock. I commend Skechers for having Devon working there. There was also another guy there, his name began with a letter T… he was helpful too! It is Troy! When Devon was busy with other customers, Troy was totally helpful and asks what he can help me with. Thank you to the both of you!!!

Good selection of shoes: casual shoes, sporty shoes, dressier shoes, for women, men, and kids. There were enough salespeople and they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for me, the selection of vegan shoes was minimal, and with one brand (Punkrose, I think?), since they’d just acquired it, the salespeople knew very little, and there was no indication on the shoes or boxes about the materials used. This isn’t the store’s fault, of course, but I want info on the products I buy. I would like to mention, though, that Punkrose makes AWESOME, very cool and unique shoes, and going to Skechers to check them out is worth it if you want unique kicks.
