The best service ever! Veronica was outstanding. Although she was extremely busy, she always checked on us and made sure we were fully taken care of. She was sweet and pleasant throughout our time there. I’ve had lunch there many times, and I can honestly say this is the first time I felt the service was excellent. Veronica made my experience at this Cheesecake memorable. The food was also fresh(salads) and tasty. I look forward to coming again and hopefully having the pleasure of sitting in Veronica’s section. :))

Might be the last time I go to my favorite restaurant. I have been going here for years. Today is Father’s Day and I wanted to go there and eat before the game 7 tonight. My food came out as the wrong order. No problem. Then the right one came out. Angel hair with shrimp. Noodles totally undercooked. I figured I would try the Bistro shrimp instead but take it to go as the game had started. It was like mushy battered shrimp pieces. Totally gross. So bummed out that my fav restaurant has dropped its’ quality standards. Probably cost of doing business… Then charge more. Don’t not make cheap food. Feeling bummed out.

I will no longer be coming to this Cheesecake Factory. It’s so disappointing– anytime my boyfriend and I want to go out to eat we always came to this location(no joke like twice a week). Every visit is worse than the last. My last visit 100% hit the point of no return. My BF always orders the steak Diana a $ 20 dinner, the last 2 times he ordered it he received a burnt steak– said nothing and ate his plate. This visit his steak came out burnt again, he asked for the manager. Every piece of steak was chard and the manager had nothing but excuses of why the steak was burnt– like they sear their meat. We have ordered this plate 100s of times and never had a problem until recently. After all the excuses and stories, we received no apology and no maters of working anything out. It took us 30 minutes to get our seats and 45 minutes to receive our food and now we have to wait for his food to be recooked. Now I’m sitting with my plate of food, which I ordered the salmon– dry and tasteless. I’m staving but not trying to eat without my BF he’s pissed off and starving too. He gets up to go smoke and wait for his food. I’m sitting by myself and the waiter comes us and asked me how my food was, I answered, kinda hard to enjoy considering the situation, he says sorry and walks away. 3 mins later a different manager comes up and says let me take that plate for you, ANDTAKESMYPLATE. I instantly felt unwelcome and that they wanted us to leave. WHYAREYOUTAKINGMYPLATE?! WHATKINDOFMANAGERSDOYOUGUYSHAVEWORKINGHERE!!! So I left. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and like I needed to defend myself. Since you guys have moved into the mall, the customers and food don’t matter any more. So sad you guys lost a good paying customer March 2016 I love the Cheesecake Factory, we would eat dinner here at least once a week. Our last couple of visits the servers had the attitude that they didn’t want to be there and we were«bothering» them. Not one smile, I would have to flag them down if I wanted something. Great food but if I receive unhappy services, the great food means nothing. I much rather have great friendly services and crappy food– if I had to pick from the two. It’s been at least 2 months since my boyfriend and I have eaten here.

Why a 3⁄5. Simple. This may be one of the easier reviews I have written. Cheesecake Factory is delicious everything from there small bites to entrees to there incredibly delicious cheesecakes However, this specific one always seems to rub me off the wrong way. This specific time I ordered take out and they said 20 min, got there in 30, waited 15 min walked in and my food is just sitting there . The service here on a good day is a 2⁄5 but the only thing I can say is that the service is not Up to par. Everything else hits the spot and is done well.

The new cheesecake is great. Not crazy about the location at the mall now. The wait cane be long at times. Same great food never disappoints! Large portion sizes. Love the brown bread and butter. Always fresh and delicious. Avocado egg rolls are the best! The green dipping sauce is delicious. We shared a Cob salad and Bistro shrimp pasta today. The Bistro shrimp pasta is really good. Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake is amazing! Friendly service and plenty of staff to help you. Parking lot is busy, parking is tough at times but they do offer valet.

I dine at this cheesecake location about 2 – 3 times a week, no joke. After today I’m not sure when I’ll be back. Do they not care about their loyal customers? I called to place a pick up at 11:11am and waiting maybe for 3 – 4 minutes until the bakery picked up to take my order(always the case with pick up orders). I placed my lunch order and the man said 15 minutes, no problem! I leave work for my lunch in a timely matter and arrive to pick up at 11:45am which gave them more time. I waited till 12:10!!! To get my order. The problem here I have is I’m on my lunch so don’t tell me 15 min, I’m ok with 30/45mjn but learn how to manage your time correctly. When I approached the manager all he had to say was«it takes long» umm i understand that but now I have to rush back to work and can’t eat! For being such a big corporation I would think they would have better customer service.

I had a good time. Love the bread !!! The whole wheat is the best. Today I order the Chicken Madeira according to the waiter recommendation. It was so good . Douche de leche is the best cheesecake!

Both my mother and I really enjoyed the ahi salad, the key was ordering it without the sweet dressing. The three dips(ginger/ponzu, wasabi and something else) more than suffice for the small salad and are packed with flavor. A sugary sweet balsamic just ruins the thing! Service was poor, handed us off early when we requested early check, without letting us know.

The Cheesecake Factory shares parking with the mall which made finding a parking spot difficult. Those trying to park were petty aggressive, so be careful. There is valet service if you don’t want the hassle with driving around looking for a spot. I put my name on the wait list and was told it would be 30 minutes for a table. For as busy as they were it seemed reasonable. They were right on the money with the time to wait. We were seated and our server, Erin, was right there to take our drink order. I had the filet mignon medium rare, my wife had the chicken piccata, and my daughter had the spaghetti. The filet was perfect made as requested, extremely tender cut of meat. My wife enjoyed the chicken which I tried was really good as well. Erin was our server and she was amazing. She didn’t hover over us, but she was there if we needed something. It was a good balance were we could enjoy are meal without being asked if we needed anything with food in our mouths.

I always love this place, their menu is huge and everything is made so well. Only reason I gave a four star and not five is because they need to be more reliable in the drinks at this location. We had to send one drink back, and one was just decent enough to keep. Food wise, it is amazing! TIP — they have a valet right in front of the front door, DONOT use it. It was $ 10 to move it maybe 30 feet away. Park yourself and buy another cocktail :)

I hate to admit it but I am a fan of The Cheesecake Factory. Yeah, their food is typical but I do enjoy their portion sizes and how huge their textbook menus are. I’m currently on a diet so it’s nice that they have a Skinnylicious menu — all items are under 590 calories and once again their portions are huge! My usual is the Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo with brown rice(sooooo delicious) but since that’s a whopping 1600 calories I opted for the skinnylicious Mexican Tortilla Salad which was only 570 calories. It was packed with so much flavor and since it was a big portion I took half of it home. I have to add that Cheesecake needs to add more vegan options to their menu. My friend is currently fasting and has to go vegan and it was nearly impossible to find anything without modifying all the ingredients. Our server Jason was a champ though! He made sure to accommodate my friend and came back to our table countless times to give us modifications. Hands down best server there! By the way, my favorite cheesecake is the strawberry cheesecake. Soooo yummy and has less calories than any of the other chocolate ones. I bought my boyfriend the Oreo cheesecake and it was way too decadent.

My first thoughts before dinner at the Cheesecake Factory: What can I order that won’t have 6,500 calories? Lucky for me, things have changed since my last visit to this venerable chain, with the addition of the Skinni-licious Menu. Sure, I felt like an idiot saying the word Skinni-licious when I ordered my chicken tacos, but I felt better the next day, knowing the 3 tasty tortillas filled with spicy chicken and vegetables clocked in at fewer than 600 calories. With that added peace of mind, I felt comfortable with the added piece of brown bread on my plate. I’m going to say the word, ‘Skinni-licious’ just once more as I mention that this reduced calorie menu also featured burgers, and other classic selections sure to satisfy those in your party who usually ruin the party, complaining about how fattening the food is.

What’s with all the hate? Aww. I grew up in the valley and I eat everything from In N Out to Matsuhisa. I just wanted to say that I think this place is great for what it is. The flavor of the food(at least everything I have tried) is fantastic. The portion is huge. I would say most of the time, the service is also really wonderful. They are so busy there, but they do try to come by to check on you once in a while. That dark bread there is so good too! :p. The only bad thing is the long line and long wait usually. I had fancy friends laugh at me for going to Cheesecake Factory because usually we would be eating at Places like Gjellina, but I think the food is good here. I don’t discriminate if it’s a chain restaurant, cheap, or fancy. Just give me good food, and I’m happy: p. Extra delicious stuff: Tex Mex, Louisiana chicken pasta, chicken Bellagio, all their salads.

Went to an early dinner at Cheesecake Factory today with my two girls. We were seated within 5 minutes which was great but this was the end of our good service. Our waitress took our drinks order with absolutely no personality or smile. She couldn’t wait one minute to take my cocktail order. When she returned with our drinks, we placed our meal order and my cocktail order. Our food took forever to come out and my cocktail came out the same. As we continued to eat, our waitress never returned. We waited so long to see if she would ever come around. Finally we had to ask a manager for our check.

Hostess was efficient even when dealing with the lunch hour rush. Came here with my family, and we were sat within 5 minutes of our arrival. In the mean time we gazed in aww at their usual cheesecake display, which they have a major variety to choose from. When we were sat, our server was friendly and very accommodating to my wife, my toddler, and myself. We ordered our food, and while waiting we were served with the complimentary bread. The bread was good as usual, and went well with the soup they served which was«corn chowder.» My wife had their pasta, while I went with their American burger, both entrees were made with care and quality. Food was finished off, with no room left in our tummies. We wish we had room for one of their cheesecakes, but unfortunately not this trip. Location also is great, due to their access to topanga mall and located right across the street from«the village.» We definitely will be coming back.

Glad they moved to westfield mall, much convenient after walking around and shopping, wait times vary depends on the reservations. Place is roomy and exact same setting like in their former location on canoga. We decided to eat with friends inside and not on their mall patio because i dont want to have that feeling where people walking around and see me eating. We were sat inside and food was great! I only ordered nacho supreme, and our friend ordered fish tacos, my wife ordered their house salad

I met a dealer out here at the mall to look at a job he is doing and took him to The Cheesecake Factory. We grabbed a tall table in the bar and our waiter Scott was very attentive and on point, he brought us water and hot bread to start. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Sandwich Grilled Chicken Breast, Crushed Avocado, Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Jalapeño Peppers and Chipotle Mayo on a Toasted French Baguette the chicken was moist and tender with all the ingredients all melted together and toasted up, it’s flavor profile was firing on all cylinders it came with a nice side of fries also hot. I ate Half of the sandwich which was huge, and brought the other half home for Elizabeth ;) My dealer having had a large breakfast and not super hunger, opted for the Stuffed Mushrooms served in a mini baking pan with Fontina and Parmesan Cheese, Garlic and Herbs in a Wine Sauce. he also sopped up the sauce with some of the hot bread at the end. It was good food and flavor all around. I’m at the cheesecake factory and didn’t even look at the cheesecake… FAIL should have at least got you a cheater shot of the goods.

Decided to come to this restaurant for lunch time and it never disappoints. I ordered the Steak Diane & Herb Crusted Salmon with Cilantro Rice and my wife ordered the 4 cheese pasta with chicken. Both dishes came out very nice and they were both delicious. The fudge cake here is amazing and everybody should try it at least once in your life because it is very decadent.

I’m going to keep it short and sweet. Delicious food, hugeee portions, really amazing cheesecake. Service has always been great. Wait time sucks but they text you, sometimes they can be off on their times whether being late or early. They told me 30mins but they text me within 15mins but ended up waiting another 10mins to get seated. My personal favs: Their brown bread with ranch dressing yes I said ranch, it’s sooo good just dip it, it’s yummy! The honey chipotle pasta with extra chicken, no peas add onions/bellpeppers, and my all time favorite the factory burrito grande. Salads, appetizers, desserts=YUMMYYY. Prices are a lil high but I definitely visit here on a monthly basis! Wish they took reservations though.
