True Religion

I don’t understand why such horrible ratings at this location??? I understand this boutique is pricey, but True Religions are very distinctive in construction and denim fabrics. I’ve always had friendly encounters with TR. I called Chelsea to see if they had a specific style of jeans at their store location, and to ask about their past weekend promotion.
I just fell in LUV with the quality, fabric texture, lighter distressed wash, and tailored fit on their Halle Sea Glass super skinny jeans, when I initially tried it on in Century City… I kept liking them more as I considered them.
Chelsea not only checked, but was so kind to call me to back and put them on hold for over 24 hours.
Chelsea and Nick are very helpful! There was a mix up, so Nick reached out to Chelsea, while I was in the dressing room. THANKS soooo much for the awesome personal service and honoring your word!

I came in knowing I was going to buy jeans. And what I hate about these stores just because I don’t look wealthy nobody helped me! I felt super awkward in the store nobody helped me look for my fit in pants and who ever was in charge must have been having a bad day with his snobby attitude. Definitely last time ever going to that store and taking my money else where. Where they help not judge people

I got a pair of True Religion jeans for Christmas, which were too long. I called the store in advance to let them know that I didn’t have a receipt & only the tags, to verify I could exchange them for a different size. The girl that answered the phone said «no problem».
I drive all the way over to the mall immediately after I called (showed up about 30 minutes later) and the girl working the counter tells me that I need a receipt. Are you serious? I definitely wouldn’t have driven all the way over here & dealt with the holiday aftermath had a known the accurate situation. I was literally going to exchange that pair & buy 2 more, but I was so annoyed I left frustrated instead. On principle alone, I will buy my pants elsewhere. If I’m going to pay top dollar for jeans, I naturally expect competent service. I won’t deny that I like the quality & fit of the brand, hence a better than one star rating. However, at this price point, it’s not just the clothes a customer is buying, it’s the whole experience.
