I called for information on a specific product and the woman who answered the phone was unprofessionally rude. I asked what models of a specific brand of motion sensor they carried (they only carried 4 so this wasn’t an outrageous request) to see if it was worth my while to even visit their facility — I could tell she didn’t want to look the products up. She made we wait for quite some time, returned to the phone & instantly rattled off model numbers like LS300, GT500, STL110, STL200. I asked her to repeat them which she did equally fast and then just hung up! In this economy, I would think they would like to treat prospective customers better. Well this contracting company will be looking elsewhere for a supplier.
