Today i had the great fortune of stumbling across this health provider. I have always been wary of urgent care facilities… but this place is more professional then most hospitals ive been to. The physician was very knowable gave me more then enough information and options on how to take care of my problem. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Great place!

Had a bad experience today to their receptionist. She doesn’t know what is she doing. She cannot answer your question if the doctors and nurses is there. She told me now no one is in the clinic today even nurses and doctors until tomorrow. And then she will changed her answer that nurses and doctors will be there tomorrow. And then she just hang me up! No goodbyes. Bad customer service!

This facility is probably good for minor issues, eg cold, flu, sore throat… but don’t seek help here if it requires actual treatment. One of the drs I went to does not seem to listen to his patients problems, or seems to care. He made quick assumptions without asking questions. I know drs are not in the business of bedside manner. But if you have in depth questions about your health and are actually concerned with what’s wrong with you, answers will not be found here. Maybe I expected too much, but at least answers to simple questions would’ve been nice instead of being treated like a drug seeker…
