Great service, amazing wings. But the employees need to smile more they look like they hate their job.

To all customers who are ordering for take outs, before leaving, check on the food that you ordered if it’s all in the bag coz it happened to me. I ordered online (10 pcs of lemon pepper classic, 10 pcs of garlic parmessan classic and etc) went and pick up the food. Went to work and when i opened the bag the 10 pcs of garlic parmesan is missing. I called the store and no body is answering the phone then at the end the phone says the store is closed and that is only 11:30 pm in which the store closes @ 12 midnight…

I loved it so much!!! I came here for the first time and the work that they put into the Burger was amazing… I love their work so much… I am looking toward to go there more often

I struggle between a 3 or 4 star rating simply because for the last couple months my wings are coming out nearly sauceless and these are the wet ones. Even when i ask for my cajun to be drenched they still come out with sprinkled sauce. I dont know if they do this only to to go orders (as most places) because they dont really expect for ppl to check their food. But i never get this problem when i eat in.
It also took a while for the new crew but not so new anymore to get used to making the wings. Im used to the old crew the starters and 2^nd batch of ppl who were there, they knew my order, name and face. They also knew how to make them wings!
Ill still come here, they just need more of a variety of sauces, replace some sauces on the menu that arent doing so well, and or rotate monthly flavors. Im tired of the same ol flavors. Ill always be back.

I ordered wings over the phone with fries. I ordered mango habanero wings. I was told over the phone that I would have to wait 25 minutes. That’s fine I said. I came in 7 minutes after placing my order. I paid for my order and sat down. People kept coming in ordering and their food was given to them fast. At the 30 minute mark I wasn’t being called my name for my order and I went to the cash register to ask Yanique if my order is ready. She looks at the table and sees my order and says «I have no idea why they put these here» turns out my order was ready even before I came in. The other employees called different people’s names constantly and neglected to call mine’s I finally got my food which was actually ready 30 minutes before.
The food was cold, the fries were soggy. The cashier didn’t reassure me or offer to remake the order. I’m completely dissatisfied even though I used to eat here in the past. I’m very dissatisfied and feel that this isn’t the way your supposed to treat customers. If you’re a cashier and it’s not busy, you should be able to remember my name and at least ask me if you see me sitting for 30 minutes.
This is a shame because I have many friends that eat here and I have to let them know of how I was treated. I think I’ll take my business to buffalo wild wings instead located a few miles down the road.
Wing stop management, please fix this problem otherwise you’ll lose a loyal customer for life.

Man! — I just came back from a heavenly lunch at WINGSTOP.
I would dare to say that everyone has their preference in wings but for me, none other than Wingstop. Garlic parmesan, hot wings with fries and honey mustard? WHOOO! Whether you choose to get them bone-​in or boneless, you’ll be sure to have your belly achin’ with all the food you ate!
I’m a sucker for boneless chicken because I can get more meat. Other people just like to get messy with their fingers and face (I’ve seen it). Eating with a fork is not uppity dining behaviour, it’s cleanliness!
The only recommendation I would make for Wingstop is to have ACTUAL napkins instead of the bounty rolls we would have to use.

Unique was a awesome person to talk on the phone hosently helped me out to get what I wanted, she didn’t lose her cool with me when I asked a a lot of questions that’s a plus good job wing stop !! Can’t never go wrong with this location !!!

Here’s how I would describe wing stop
Pros :
— awesome wings that taste delicious especially the boneless .
— the 50 cent wing deals on Monday and Tuesday .
— the variety of flavor a provided but my favorite being the bbq and teriyaki
— pretty decent pricing
— great location
Cons :
— sometimes they over Do the sauce on the wings. I just ask them to make sure it’s not a wing soup.
— they need more sides besides celery and carrots which are actually expensive .
— the pieces are sometimes too tiny and I can’t believe they can’t it as one .
Other than that, I really like the wings here and it’s worth the time to eat

I come here a lot because I love the wings, but the soda machine NEVER works right. The soda is always super flat. They tend to under cook the fries too. The staff is usually pretty nice, but I just wish someone would fix that damn soda machine.

This location gets 1 star. Their wings are obviously consistent, but as far as customer service goes… it might as well be ran by Nazis. I rather travel to Northridge. My last 3 visits made feel for the poor chickens that gave their life for this establishment.

The cashier was very friendly but the place was very dirty and the soda didn’t have much syrup so it tasted bland. The wings weren’t that good…

I wish there was a 0 star option because this wing stop is terrible. From their wings to the service. You can tell the employees don’t care because it shows in their wings and service. It doesn’t matter if you order the wings well done or not they never do it, flavors are off, wings are always soggy, there is either too much sauce on the wings or not enough, never a balance on drums and flats (there’s always more of one or the other), and they take forever for take out.
Management obviously doesn’t care because they know they are not up to par and seeing that there are a lot of complaints and 1 star reviews they should really take that into consideration and make necessary changes. If they don’t then wing stop franchise should step in and correct all these problems. Never again will I order from here this place makes wing stop franchises look really bad!

I will definitely not be coming back here and the only reason why is because the food tasted nasty! My honey and I were craving wings and decided to come here… I’ve been to wing stop before and I know how it should taste. Our Cajun wings were way too salty and our fries were horrible! The employees should know what is good to serve and not! I don’t rate this any stars, was forced to in order to write this review.

I agree with Lily B. These employees work like they aren’t getting paid to do their job they are slow and lazy.
Every time I go there it takes them forever to expedite my food, when we place our order we ask them how long will it take the guy behind the register said 15 min yeah right.
We waited for 35 min for our order, people working at the kitchen are slow, they looked lost & the store wasn’t even that busy.
I love wings but I’m gonna have to star looking for another place to get my food. what a shame they just lost another costumer.
Shouldn’t this franchise owner be worried about this issue.?

Love Wingstop as a chain, but every time I have been to this location they take FOREVER to cook your meals. At normal wingstops the wait time is 14 minutes and done, especially for a small order. But the times I come here, they say it will be 25,30 minutes or more. One time I went and they said 45 minutes for a 6 piece meal… Are we staffed? Are we being proactive with the orders? Are we lazy? What’s the situation with this location?
Update at 8:45. Picking up my order now and 3 employees are horsing around, blasting music while making videos on Snapchat… and my order still isn’t ready… no wonder they don’t finish on time…

Food is mediocre. The flavors are just «off» to my family and I. I don’t know if it’s old, or just how the flavors are made, but they don’t taste like the flavor that’s being advertised. The fries are soggy, not crunchy like they should be. You’d also think they’d have a vinegar based hot flavor. The hottest flavor taste more like cayenne pepper that gives you that gross itch on the back of your throat.
Regarding online orders-​forget it! I have placed 2 online orders and both times, the order wasn’t received. So, when I go to pick up, it’s essentially a new order and we have to wait, again.
The customer service I never had a problem with as we never ate at the location, it was always pick up.
I’d never come back on my own, but my 9 year old likes it on occasion. When he grows up and develops his taste buds a little more, I think he’ll agree with my opinion.

Wth. Only one person at the register and taking phone orders. Place was dirty. The wings weren’t that good. And took too long. Won’t go back or recommend.

Being the wing lover that I am, of course I was willing to take the 30 minute trip to Canoga park. I discovered that it is more convenient to order online. I waited 25 minutes for my food. I waited so long I watched a spider drop down it’s web and dangle in front of the register as people ordered (not kidding)…then eventually raised itself then proceeded to chill on the ledge up top… gross. The girls on the registers are friendly and service is standard.
Now to the food. The mango Sweet and Spicy flavor is exactly how it sounds. Very sweet, very spicy and a hint of mango at the end. It’s pretty tasty, but I think the sauce would be perfect if it was just a little less sweet. The BBQ flavor is really good. Not much to explain there. The wings themselves are terrible! These wings seem to be taken out the oven a tad too soon. Too slimey and fatty. COOK THEM LONGER! Trust me. When wings are underdone like that, they’re harder to get off the bone. I felt like I was trying to eat a live chicken. But the fries were great! Even when cold, they had some type of sweet taste to them, like sugar fries. I like those. Sweet tea is gross. Very Meh!

I’m just here to leave a bad review.
i went to wing stop on De soto on a Monday night. I have been there a few times. The last 3 times i went the woman at the register messed up an order, followed by a few bad explicit words. Very unprofessional. I see that they mess up on orders a lot and profanity, profanity everywhere (from employees that is). They took about 15 to 20 mins to get my order out. They almost never have ketchup! One time i asked the girl is she could bring out more ketchup, she replied with «there is still some more at the bottom». i said to her «you have a lot of customers so i think its best to bring a new ketchup bottle out. She gave me this look.
i will most likely not be back. They only take trash of tables but it doesn’t seem like they wipe them down. These employees work like they aren’t getting paid to do their job. Young and lazy.
