This Walgreens is a mess. They’re always short staffed. And they’re always running behind.
I called in a script on Saturday — they’re still out of stock in it on Monday. I had two more called in at 2 today. At 5:30, they’re still not ready for pickup. I feel like crap and I’ve had to waste so much time on the phone with them trying to confirm when they will have meds in stock and when they’ll have them filled. They promised my meds would be ready 30 min ago and now, after waiting behind several people in line, they told me it’s not ready and to come back later.
Use a different pharmacy like the one in Safeway. I know that’s what I’ll be doing from now on.
