A T Martin Home Inspections

We have dealt with many home inspectors thru the years, but Anthony blew us away! Never having dealt with a competent home inspector, we were ready to walk alongside Anthony. If we only knew how incredible and knowledgable Anthony is we could have slept in that morning. There wasn’t one area of the house he didn’t inspect. Due to his findings, we pulled our offer. The amount of damage this house had would have been well over $ 100k to fix. If not for Anthony’a competent inspection, we would have been in a bad position. In the past, we had to wait a few days for the report, but Anthony sent it the same day! The report was very detailed and didn’t leave one thing to wonder about. We decided should we ever move out of state, it will be worth the plane ticket and hotel expenses to have Anthony inspect that home. Seriously, he is the best home inspector we have ever hired and is worth every dime. Thank you Anthony, you are a rare one indeed.

We had Matt with A T Martin perform an inspection during our due diligence period of purchasing our new home. Matt was professional, personable, and explained everything to us in a way that was easy for us to understand. We are first time home buyers and he answered all the questions we had. He took us on a walk around the entire property pointing out issues he saw and explained why they were issues. We were unable to access part of our attic space because the seller had it locked. Our realtor messaged us with the location of the key just was Matt was leaving after the inspection. He came all the way back to the house and inspected the area for us. He really went above and beyond! We really appreciated his honesty and how knowledgeable he was! Highly recommend!

This was the second time that we used A T Martin Home Inspections. We called him with a short due diligence period and he came out for the inspection 2 days later. He was extremely professional, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to all of our friends.

Unfortunately for my family I originally used «NORTH GEORGIA HOME INSPECTIONS CHUCK HANDTE.» Many words come to mind describing his home inspection skills the best though in my opinion is charlatan!!!
NEVER! EVER! use «NORTH GEORGIA HOME INSPECTIONS Owner operator CHUCK HANDTE.
His web site is awesome boasting «Over 40 years experience in North Georgia as a real estate developer and residential contractor. He understands residential and commercial construction in the mountains.» Let me say with 100% authority that Chuck Handte reflects and personifies the biblical warning of «Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.»
Anyone wanting a professional, detailed, exceptional, honest and thorough home inspection should AVOID! Chuck Handte like the Bubonic plague!

We needed to schedule an inspection as quickly as possible for a home we are buying in Canton, GA and Anthony was very accommodating to meet our needs. HIs inspection was extremely thorough and easy to understand, with plenty of digital photographs to document everything as needed. Anthony was great to work with; very professional and extremely prompt — we had our detailed inspection report by the end of the same day the inspection had been performed. On top of all of this, he charges a very reasonable, competitive rate. We would highly recommend him to anyone in the Atlanta area who is buying a home that needs to be inspected.
