Terrible customer service. My husband and I are in the market for hardwood floors and carpet. We stopped by here Sunday after church and the gentleman working was not thrilled to have is there. He went over a couple samples, but as soon as someone walked in, he ignored us. Never returned to answer questions and did not even acknowledge our departure.
We are looking to cover almost 1000 square feet of floors. We won’t be buying them there!
