As a new patient, you shouldn’t have to wait an hour before you’re called back but when you do get called, just know that Dr. Michael J. Litrel is gooooood! I was then in & out in 30 minutes– kid you not, I timed it!
Waiting room was packed when I arrived for an annual exam & wouldn’t you know it, a bunch of pregnant women with kids waiting on a team of OB-GYNs: joy.
The staff was friendly & efficient and the doctor was thorough & took the time to educate me about my issues.
His Canton office even had a Quest phlebotomist in the same office, saving me a ride elsewhere. They also gave me written material and guided me on where to go to get my mammogram and follow up appts.
We’re lucky to have great local doctors like this.
