Feb 4 and Feb11– We scheduled online… easy to do. Car arrived on time for our trip to DTW. Car was clean. Driver professional.
Day before our return we got a confirmation call.
We had a long complicated delay coming home. I called to let them know. We heard from representative a couple of times to check our new arrival (which changed several times). Original arrival was 4:30 pm actual arrival midnight
Driver was waiting, pleasant and efficient .
We were very pleased with service and will use them again.
This is not first car service we have used but this is the best to date
