Dunkin’ Donuts

Mediocre review coming… nothing to write home about here. I used to frequent this place between 1−3x a month when I worked really close by. At any rate nothing really wowed me about this place. I don’t get the jovial staff because they’re really not all that happy. Quite understandable though let’s be honest it’s probably an extremely tedious job. The expectations probably too high coming from the managers. I heard they’re strict 2 minute drive thru limit that’s pretty fast but still I don’t use the drive thru very often…
Overall just average place like I stated earlier it’s just your average chain the coffee is good people at work enjoy it! I’m wondering if they could make a blonde roast coffee?! If anyone knows where to buy it Id like to know! But overall not a terrible place! Also there’s room for improvement for certain! A few changes could be made to the menu perhaps!
There’s not much else to say except Id mostly stop by for coffee and probably nothing else. The ice tea doesn’t impress me at all! Honestly Wendy’s has better tea and I think that should be rather embarrassing Ya? Something’s not right about the tea! It’s like it was made a week ago or something I just don’t get it?! I think it’s comparable to speedway tea… it’s just not that great let’s face it! I know it’s a coffee shop but coffee and tea go hand in hand!
Visit again in the future yes but not for the quality of service but the quality of the coffee. I’ll give it a 2 maybe 3 star if the tea was better. Motivate your staff better perhaps! Like I said earlier fake a smile and make conversation quick small talk goes a long way! Show someone you care?!

Why is my order ALWAYS wrong. Everything bagel with cream cheese. I get a blueberry bagel with nothing. This is not the first time. Employees are rude, don’t care, and obviously don’t know how to do their job. Time to move on from DD. plenty of other places to get a good breakfast and coffee. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely rude employees. Acted like taking our order was a chore. We ordered 5 donuts and a coffee and the employee stacked them on top of each other in the bag and they were all smashed and there ended up being more icing on the bag than on the donuts… If that is too much of a task, then you should re-​evaluate your life. Never again.

I would think the workers would try to be nice. I spent money on a large Ice tea everyday. That is not the case. In reality some people like alec and cody are nice, while other people who work there don’t make a point to be nice.
I’m a good man so I don’t let it drag me down.
I will be back Dunkin donuts have a low standard on how to treat others I have to accept it.

I have tried this location many times and I give up. The restaurant is trashed, the employees don’t care and the service is terrible. The other reviews are 100% correct.

«Now hiring» all over the counter area. Hopefully they hire some capable people! We’ve been coming here for years. Tonight was the first time we’ve experienced this level of bad service. We’ve watched as the good ones go one by one — and now the new ones are just going through the motions. I first ordered a coffee, to which she asked if it was hot or iced. The next order was another coffee, to which she just assumed was iced I guess. How would she have known though since not asking. No smiles, no conversation, mop bucket blocking way to the restrooms — which left a gentleman with a cane a very unnecessary obstacle course! Very disappointed DD! Now looking into other places to spend our social evenings!

Depending on who takes your order what you get may not be what you ordered. Always check when going thru the drive thru. the middle aged blond lady is the friendliest and the best… the others not so much. but I get my daily coffee here

Second time I’ve been here and it was pretty lackluster. The cashiers seem confused. Today I wasn’t told until after I paid and was waiting for my food that they didn’t actually have any Diet Coke. The place was trashed. Literally every table was filthy and there was trash strewn about the floor. Thank goodness I didn’t attempt the drive-​thru, because it was backed up by at least 10 cars. I got the impression that there was no manager on duty. This location definitely doesn’t do justice to the Dunkin Donuts chain.
