I met these guys at the 2015 Detroit Tri. I was in from Chicago, and during a shakeout ride the night before, another rider wrecked into me, knocking my deraileur and taking my race wheel out of true. Come race morning, they calmly told me the bike would be fine, and fixed it without issue. And I was able to race! I’m so glad they were there, and I’d definitely recommend this shop for your race/​tri bike needs.

Was looking to upgrade the rims, tires, and groupset on my Cannondale. I spent at least an hour speaking with the salesman about all the different options that were available and in the end we found exactly what I was looking for in the price range that I was looking to spend. I wasn’t planning to buy that day but due to the professionalism and courtesy of the salesman, I purchased everything at that time. I had them install all the components. The bike was ready in less than a week.
I had to take the bike back because I didn’t like the cable routing and the handlebar end plugs were different when I got the bike back. They rerouted the cables and found the original handlebar end plugs which had been misplaced (honest mistake) with no questions asked.
Thus far my experience with them has been excellent and has greatly exceed my expectations. Much better than the LBS I had back in NY. I have continued to make many other purchases at Fraser and they are always friendly and willing to help.
