Earlier this week, I ordered and paid for a gluten free pizza online only to be called and told that they were out of GF dough.
Today I placed another order of chicken and GF cookies. Yep, got another call saying that they were out of GF cookies. What topped this was that the girl said that they were going to stop carrying GF.
I’ve had several ordering issues in the past. It seems that you can’t get the online ordering thing working, which is sad.
You just lost my business.

Better than Papa John’s, but not by much. I ordered a small thin-​crust pizza and side salad. The pizza was flavorful, but the crust was soggy and the whole thing was covered in oil.
The side salad had wilting lettuce, and some of it was already turning brown. The container holding the side salad made it very difficult to eat (not that there was much in there worth eating).
Delivery took about a half hour, and the bag did not contain a knife or fork. Overall, I was not impressed.

Not competitive with the local pizza joints (pizza oven, italos, kraus’s, pizza palace, demarios). However, the huge ny style is pretty good… little over priced though… One of the better chains. if you eat at chains
