My mom took her vacuum here to be evaluated for repair. They quoted her $ 180 to repair it and when she said she’d just wait, he offered to take it off her hands. In other words, she could just give it to him. She didn’t and ended up having her friend’s husband who repairs vacuums at home look it over and he said there was nothing wrong with it. It just needed cleaned and oiled. It works great now. Also, a friend of my mother’s bought an almost $ 200 vacuum from this place and it broke not long after. This guy is a crook. Watch out!
