Delivery Customers — Check your receipts I normally don’t order from Papa John’s but it is the only place in town that delivers, so in an emergency, I’ll order online. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks on 10÷12÷15. The total came to $ 33.37, and since I was paying with my card, I added a $ 5-ish tip to my order. When the pizza was delivered at 4:45pm, the delivery driver told my husband that they«don’t do the online tipping thing,» so my husband gave the driver $ 5. This Friday(10⁄16) as I was doing banking, I noticed my bank took out $ 38.37 on my debit card. I called the PJ’s in Canton right away and asked to speak with a manager. He told me he was in the middle of a «70-pizza order» and he would get back with me(hasn’t happened). I mentioned that it was only $ 5 so I didn’t want to make a huge deal, and he assured me he understood the principal of it. He did look at my order from 10⁄12 and saw that *his* receipt said $ 38.87. MY receipt said $ 33.37. Someone is not telling the truth, or someone is doctoring receipts to get extra tip money. Aside from mediocre pizza, I’m just not into petit theft. Don’t believe I will ever patronize them again.

This restaurant is clean, the associates are friendly, and the orders are most always correct. If they screw something up, they are more than generous when making things right, which tells me they care about their customers. They do not scrimp on the pizza toppings. The sauce if the best I have tasted from a chain restaurant. You will not be sorry eating here.
